The first three were the best, after that it started to fall apart (especialy story wise) although it seemed to get resurected a bit in 5. The original graphics scheme was way better too. After 3 everyone got shorter.

Megaman Battle Network was finished for a reason. They ran out of ideas pretty much and felt another sequel would stretch it to much, and it would start to suck. It's better to die out ontop then die poor after many dumb sequels.

They didn't have that problem with original Megaman games, as those you didn't need a storyline or characters. Just simple platforming action.

They are remaking the original Battle Network game for the DS. So you can breath easier

They are! They are making a remake of Mega Man Battle Network 1 for DS. Its called Mega Man Battle Network: Operation Shooting Star. They added the extra side quest that you can play with Mega Man Starforce, thats the only thing different, the rest is the same, even the graphics!

pwrcannon is a pa in mmbn 1 and so is darkness, itz a pa in mmbn 3 i think and alpha arm u get after beating alpha omega
