This is actually a pretty good run, but the balance could have been better, and the melody could be shaped better. I'm a first chair clarinet and I've played the piece; the piece shows very clearly how the phrase should be emphasized. They just kind of plowed through it. The technical apesct was great, but musicality overall could be a lot better.

im saying it was bad but it wasnt good. it sounds good but just a bad delivery. many missed forte pianos and very poor transitions and the bassoons were very out of tuneduring solos. and in the 44th measure clarinets need alot of work so all im saying is dont quit your day jub. good luck in life

The only thing is their fortissimo-piano, then crescendo back to fortissimo kind of sucked. But other than that they were awesome!!

Well It can. You don't really need marching Bassoons play. You can replace the Bassoons with Bari Saxophone. Infact, it's U.I.L legal for the Bassoons to play on the sidelines. Haha, our band did a Willy Wonka show with Bassoons, it's awesome ^_^.

I played Tuba before. Didn't care to much about it. I just hated 3-1 and 5-1 vise versa.. ^_^ So I switched to Tenor Saxophone. My favorite instrument is the french horn.. But that had nothing to do with what you said. ^_^.
