  • I live in a big city suburban area & we have a pack of coyotes that live in a small area of woods behind my house......they roam our neighborhood at night.....pretty disturbing when I run at night & stumble across them

  • To me it looks like the wolf wasn't intrested in having the coyotes for a meal they all look like they were really actually playing with each other.

  • WHAT HAPPENS NEXT????!!!!

  • no its not a fox its a type of giraffe with teeth

  • my cat started trippin when i played this

  • Not too big of a wolf

  • Haha my cowardly german shepherd is like the coyote tryin to nip his butt

  • I like the coyote on the far right taking a time out to shit while the other is trying to chase the wolf away. "Time out guys, I gotta poo real quick."

  • @SilentDiablo It's called having the crap scared out of you LOL

  • Where was this taken?

  • Wait til that Wolf goes and gets his boys. Coyotes won't be protecting there den then.

  • @Koscheck2011 ROFL xDD

  • I love wildlife

  • i hope that wolf is only seperated from the pack rather then being lone, its harder to survive for a lone wolf, maybe thats why its picking on the coyotes

  • The wolf is saying "Jesus you're worse than nats"

  • hunting is only good if you kill animals that you can actually eat and not just hunt for the heck of it.

  • This wolf dosnt seem to give two shits.

  • did somebody just type in the question: is a coyote a type of fox?? haha no idiot. it's a typoe of coyote!!!LOL

  • so, who wins?

  • 0:24-0:32 a coyote to the right takes a shit in the fight. that really make me laugh ;)

  • Dam, we need a dog or a wolf to defend our chickens from those stupid coyotes.

  • @mamafaker50 How about a Wolf-Dog hybrid? I know there legal in Florida to own I don't know about other states. Illinois there definately illegal i know for sure.

  • Must... Kill

  • damn wolves are big. dont wanna run into one unless im packing some heat.

  • Coyotes in Yellowstone have gotten the short end ever since the wolves were brought back.. If a lone coyote is seen by the wolves they kill it .. This is just a little payback..

  • I'd just snap my jaws around their small necks if I was a wolf. I'd have a stragedy, grab one by the neck, flee until it dies in my jaws and the others can't save it. And continue this until they're all dead or flee. I don't see why this wolf didn't do that, wolves can own coyotes any day...

  • @TohriTheLoneOne because wolves are stupid all the wolfaboos think wolves are the smartest things ever, but without their packs, they die because they are relatively weak and unintelligent, hence why they form packs in the first place

  • @CodArk2 WOLVES ARE THE MOST INTELLIGENT CREATURES I KNOW ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE STUPID ONE THAT WILL DIE EVEN WITH A FAMILY!!!!!!!!! YOUR SUCH A GAY STUPID MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cooltyrannosaur1 so if they're intelegent they would know not to kill and destroy an entire chicken farm? If they are so intelegent then they shouldn't attack cattle and make people loose money? If they're so intelegent they wouldn't attack you in the woods?

  • @mamafaker50 your rant sounds like your a bit of a retard... like wolfs are supposed to give a fuck if people lose money >>?? and they dont attack people unless provoked or cornered .. where did you learn you facts .. an entire chicken farm ?? Have you seen a wolf kill an entire chicken farm?? trouble with this world is too many retards that think they know shit and actually teach it to others and then they think they know it and so on and so on .. kind of like the teachings of gods...

  • Comment removed

  • @cooltyrannosaur1 Humans, dolphins, elephants, apes like gorillas and chimps, even pigs, are more intelligent than wolves. Pack behavior is not a sign of intelligence. Attacking me personally doesn't change the facts about wolves. stupid fucking wolfaboo

  • @cooltyrannosaur1 and just to let your stupid ass know, i don't hate wolves, but they are not the most intelligent beings on earth. you are just a retarded wolfaboo thats likely 12 years old and thinks cussing makes you cool. Shut up and get off the internet.

  • @cooltyrannosaur1 I have to agree with CodArk2 you do sound like a child...

  • ilove watchen things like dis, ihts cute, but not when dey kill each other, lmao

  • @YounqHeartles speak like a normal human being. talkin lyk dis maks u sound stupit.

  • the coyotes are like "bitch you better OOOO"

and the wolf is like "nigga please"

  • yeah, wolves are the king canine... wolves are dramtically bigger than coyotes, foxes are canines too. foxes can create offspring with dogs, coyotes, wolfs, blah blah.. every canine in the canidae family can breed with a number of different combinations... the coyote that was nippin at the wolf got the tables turned at 0:46 lol.

  • lol i love how big the wolf is in comparison

  • Coyotes sound like squeaky toys XD

  • So this Coyote says- Hey who invited Jacob Black?

  • the Wolf might kill 1 of those Yotes but im not sure if the yotes gonna let that happen... For sure.. coyotes will attack the wolf at the same time in a differnt angles.. the Lone wolf will probably die... they uses there own strategy.. it is most likely.. others attack in the back and others distract the wolf.. something like that ^^

  • wow the coyotes were defending their property but if the wolf had his pack it would be a diffrent story

  • go yotes!

  • wolves are the best

  • the wolf can easyly kill one to send a message and get whatever he wants to get,

  • wow, look at the size difference....that lone wolf looks like he could handle all those yotes if he wanted to !

  • This video is great in showing the big size difference of a wolf vs. a coyote. Thanks for posting.

  • I had read somewhere that wolves tend to kill coyotes and that when wolves move into an area the coyote population drops off.

  • @pinz2022

When wolves move into a new area, all other populations drop.

  • A lone wolf does not stand a chance against multiple coyotes. Eventually it would have to flee.

  • @animalobssessor9

That wolf could have killed all of those coyotes if it wanted to.

  • know what i was thinkin? think of all the crazy shit that happens out in the wild everyday that nobody sees but God and wild animals.

    wow the suburbs suck

  • you'd think he could take a hint and leave them alone!

  • @TheFreecoyote

Interesting. Do you have a source for this that you could send me in PM or something? I would be interested in hearing more about it since I'm interested int he subject of coyote-wolf hybrids altogether.

I didn't realize the wolves in yellowstone may be assimilated by the coyotes.

  • im friends to wolfs and coytes but if i tryed to pet them they would bite me.if i tryed to pet its pup IT WOULD KILL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

  • Beautiful Creatures

  • did you shoot this? that would be scary to be that close to a wolf and 4 cyotes

  • just look at that size difference, wow!

both coyote and wolf are beautiful creatures!

  • @ILuvGodsCreatures I know! I just love them both!

  • Dura lex-sed lex !!!!!!!!!!!

  • That Wolf was dis-interested,, at any time he could have torn those Coyotes to shred's

  • thats true.

  • "far more smarter" hahahahahahahaha

  • if i was was that wolf when the coyote and when the nipped my ass i would fuck him up

  • Really interesting coyote/wolf interaction. and that save elk website is about the stupidest site i've ever seen. what's next a "save zebra" site calling for the extermination of lions?

  • ahaha that wolf was owned .and just for all the weird comments outa no-where about wolf and coyote breeding. it is true, they can. they just usualy dont.

  • wolf, dog, coyotes, jackals, and foxes can all interbreed and produce fertile offspring. they choose not to. but can if there are no other mates.

how do you think we ended up with the domestic dog?

  • True except for fox.

Fox can only breed with fox.

  • @makpaz yeah that dont mean a coyote cant fuck a fox

  • FOXES????????????????

  • @plumeria66

    Foxes can't mix with dogs/coyotes/wolves

  • their a coyotes were i live and he is a big average size as big dog but damn that wolve look big

  • umm... thats no wolf cub.

  • yes it is stupid its a yearling wolf hes still under his parents protection but hes close to being full grown idiot hes an overgrown puppy he can't kill on his own yet

  • das a huge dog

  • Awesome video! I love seeing different species interacting together. Have you ever seen or heard of coyotes and badgers hunting ground squirrels together?

  • Is a Coyote a type of fox or somethin cause they look like foxes from a distance?

  • They are both canines just like wolves, African dogs, and jackals, but foxes belong to a different genus.

  • @LisaLouWahoo I know this might be a dumb question but are Hyenas considered canines too?

  • @yoda55

Nope! Hyenas are in a completely different family. they''re actually closer related to mongooses.

  • @PatchworkGirlofOZ Thanks I always wondered that because Hyenas seem to have some canine in them like they seem to yipe when a Lion attacks them. lol.

  • @LisaLouWahoo Erm. The genus is canus. Wolf is Canus lupus. So a fox can't be a canine AND a different genus.

  • @rickyblampied08 Canid Family (Dog Family) as well as the wolf, dingo, jackal ect ect.

  • @rickyblampied08 No they are different lol

  • @rickyblampied08 there related to wolves

  • damn .. the wolf seems so relaxed

  • it is like the lions and hyenas in africa.

  • I loved how that little coyote kept bitting and the wolf's tail! It was cute.

  • wow are all wolves that big compared to yotes?

  • Apparently wolves on the eastern side of North America are significantly larger than those on the west. There was a DNA study of coyotes in Maine that suggests they are larger due to inter-breeding with Canadian gray wolves. But in Yellowstone, this size difference is normal.

  • we have a monster here In newfoundland the eastern coyote a new creature to the island..its a wolf coyote mix...huge and hunt in packs..i hate them so bad theres no way to put it in words..unreal the amount of winter kills you find now..our caribou are disapearing fast

  • check yourself ..or are you just a troll...better check my profile before you start telling me about wildlife, forgot more then you will know skippy...

if you answer after checking ..your nothing but a troll

  • go google Eastern Coyote MR/Miss.not gonna happen ........ heres what you'll find.

    Parks canada- the eastern coyote

The eastern coyote is actually a wolf-coyote mix, having interbred with wolves in northern Québec and Ontario as it moved eastwards. ... bla bla bla and so on the eastern coyote's larger size and unique behavioral characteristics to interbreeding with Canadian gray wolves

your right. your no expert lol

  • think i was a bit snippy that time sorry .went and looked at your profile saw your only 13...Just go google it..they are all just dogs with no genetic block to breeding whatsoever(unlike the feline mating with canine example you used to rebut it)....ever seen a dog in heat ,it will hump your leg lol..let alone a wolf having its way with a coyote :-)

  • that wolf could take all 3.

  • wow the wolves are big dang

  • the wolf didnt look to scared he looked like he wanted to play

  • Lol, it's kind of funny!

Anyway, where did you film this video? National Park? Backyard?

  • Lamar Valley inside Yellowstone National Park. (It's in the description)

  • I love how coyotes and foxes can scream like that

  • looks like yellowstone. that's nature for you. wonder if that was limpy.

  • my goodness those coyotes r small compared to that wolf here in nj though the coyotes rnt coyotes at all they r coywolves half coyote half wolf

  • lisa can you please post the part where the coyotes meet the golden eagle? thanks
