  • ok, talk to uncle spilberg ask for a the delorean go back in time kill george in hightschool, there you go no more starwars.....is his movieis people do not like it so much....why they keep spending money on the franchise??? I don't get it....

  • the whay that lucas thinks:

a precuel that sucks but makes money= an awesome well done movie

accepting that he made a mistake with the precuels = risking to lose money with precuels related proyects

people who feels disapointed by the precuels (like me)= people who never liked starwars and hate him cus they are jealouse of him

people who doesnt whant to spend money on the dvds and blue ray cus of the stupid changes = people who hates the original trilogy and whant to screw those 3 movies.

  • Lucas didn't rape my childhood, he'd need a time machine to do that. Fortionately he doesn't know how to build a time machine, otherwise I'm sure he would have.

  • I mean unlike most people, I don't feel any anger towards Lucas of any kind. Sure he's goofed up a few things, but fans just take it TOO far... I hate the fan culture because they take things too far to their liking. George wants to think his films as canon? FINE! It's like a wise Jedi once said "Many of the truths that we cling to, tend to be from one's own point of view." Meaning that if you don't like things, that's ok, you don't need to. I happen to believe the EU does exist, etc etc.

  • What's hilarious is this: When the film was made, they clearly interviewed MORONS because at that time, the films were re-released with the special edition AND the original editions in a box set like the idiots they are. Also Episode 3 was good despite the infamous NOOOOO! People just want to pan it like the others, but forget that it was nowhere NEAR as bad as the first two, but just want to nail it because it was made in the trilogy and the whole "it all happens in 3s" I hate my culture! FU!

  • My only problem with George Lucas? The movie "Fanboys".

  • @snarkus63 Amen to that brother.

  • this is the most pathetic thing i have ever seen people still bitch over the starwars crap? what's done is done just move on already jesus lol

  • The original trilogy had magic, wonder, adventure, thrills. The prequels did not. All visuals, no substance. George Lucas should have just come up with the basic plot for the prequels, and let Peter Jackson handle the rest. Then Star Wars would still be cool today. Now it's just a tragic joke.

  • @volcano83 yet with the Old Republic, Clone Wars, and Force Unleashed, all of which are being revered and respected, Star Wars is pulling itself out of the gutter. And Episode 3 was nowhere NEAR as bad as the first two, and we all know it, but most just fear to admit it. Not to mention, let's face it: just because Episode I and Episode II were disappointing, you can't deny they're were worse films out there and there still are. Episode I is better than GL or that POS Epic Movie. Agree?

  • @SoraMatt Your quote, "Many truths that we cling to..." has no bearing or relevance to what I'm saying; you need to rethink that because it's totally spurious. And what I, and many other people are commenting on, IS the truth and not what we "perceive" it to be. And you say Episode Three was 'good' and nowhere near as bad as the first two?!?! MattSora, you need to pull your delusional head out of your ass, and wake up and smell the coffee--you are living in a fool's paradise. Open your eyes, man

  • @dustymiller65 AHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHA. You're pathetic that you need to rage me 5 messages in sequence. And it is not at all superflouis, because you made it's point quite clear: You believe the prequels and all the changes to degrade the franchise; I honestly don't give a crap! Does the story change? NOT A BIT! And honestly, if people 10x more educated than you who also reviewed the prequels negatively are willing to give EP3 a higher overall rating than ROTJ, it is YOU who needs to smell coffee.

  • @SoraMatt No, I'm not pathetic, and you really need to be "raged" at, due to your level of naivety. And, there are thousands of other like minded, intelligent people just like that agree EP3 was a piece of sh*t compared to ROTJ. Thousands of us, you simpleminded idiot. One day in the future, halfwits like you will actually grow a brain and realize the truth of what I am actually trying to convey to you. Until that blessed moment of revelation, your life will always be lacking and a bit worthless

  • @dustymiller65 and have you guys had any impact on whose mindset? Hardly. And thousands pale in comparison to a. the general collective, and b. those in power both on the official level, and the journalism level. You clearly have neither of these qualifications. And me, simpleminded? You're the one raging for no reason like a Sith Lord, and look what it's gotten at you: A guy laughing at your mindless stupidity. If you haven't figured out, I'm INTENTIONALLY egging you on you halfwit. >:) win.

  • @SoraMatt "Us guys" united together WILL have an impact a. b. and c. unto whatever letter we will get to. It is you who underestimates such collective power, and why not, you're just a simpleminded child. You have no idea what I've been talking about or referring to all this time, it's very apparent now. The fact that you simply sit there laughing verifies that you are a halfwit. You weren't even born when ROTJ came out; this is why you like the Clone Wars cartoons so much--it makes sense now!

  • @SoraMatt You haven't won anything. My points are still all valid. None of yours aren't. You never made any points for your side of the argument because you can't. You never have, and you never will be able to.It's just time to shut your mouth and go back to sucking your thumb until you actually grow up. Don't even try to bring such idiotic attempts at victory to light--you won? The day I get you to shut up is the day I totally win because you really have nothing to say. Nothing. You just flap-

  • @SoraMatt -flap your gums thinking you are so smart when in actual fact, you're just empty inside. I can post because what I say comes from within and I believe it to be worthwhile. Your posts are miniscule compared to mine because you don't have anything worthwhile to say. It's a fact. So just walk away (which you will eventually do), put your thumb in your mouth, start sucking, and SHUT UP! If you shut up, I win. If you talk by posting, I win. How about that? You'll lose steam, sooner or later.

  • @dustymiller65 no, because I don't have to say much to get my point across. You think blowing enough smoke is going to make me change my mind? You're an idiot. I don't NEED to keep rambling and rambling to try and tote myself up as a god. There's no point. And while I respect you have an opinion, calling me an idiot for not sharing it makes it, as well as your presence and self worth, drop. and drop. and drop. Goodbye troll. Hope someone smacks the taste out of your mouth while they're at it.

  • @SoraMatt Bye bye! *waves~* ☺ I don't wish to part on bad terms so, I leave you with a parting gift worth it's value in gold: "Remember to think critically and analytically of all you see--don't let them pull the wool over your (young) eyes". [You'll come back one day and say I was right~]

  • The first three Star Wars movies were brilliant cinematic Masterpieces that came from a genius-of-a-director who cared deeply for his art and the audience who watched/grew up with it. After that, Lucas made three "has been", low grade, cash grab-mega-hyped-up, irritating followups that he tried to pass off as a beginning to the previous trilogy. I refuse to give any more of my hard earned money to his money sucking, Star-Wars-products-and-all-their-spin-offs, sh*tty, re-hashed, empire.

  • @dustymiller65 well Episode 3 was actually pretty good because of its tone, despite the overbearing CGI, and no Jar Jar did help fans forgive this one a lot more, in spite of the epicly infamous NOOOOO

  • @SoraMatt "forgive"? Listen, look up on the internet, the year of last movie ever directed by Lucas!

The man is a 'has been' and 'has been' re-hashing these movies and NOT making anything new. He's living off cheap alterations of these movies he's made a long time ago and fans must get off their asses and DEMAND a new movie by Lucas that has the quality and creative genius of the first three Star Wars films. Don't settle for a 3D version or whatever money sucking crap he'll come up with next!

  • @dustymiller65 annnnd you're making my point for me... I don't really care if he makes more movies: There's an Expanded Universe of novels written and approved by the guy that I like and I can still follow. Awww, there's no more movies. Wanna cookie? Dude, he's made the Clone Wars (to extremely well reviews) and his next big project is making Star Wars TV shows that bridge the films. Once he figures out how, we'll get it. And Episode III was a better film than the first 2, not even you can deny

  • @SoraMatt There will be more movies, you can bet your dumb ass on it! Lucas will die, movie rights will be sold, and then a real WRITER and DIRECTOR will rearrange his last three crap movies into a more cohesively structured masterpiece. I got lots of time, addled-brained Lucas on the other hand, doesn't. ☺

  • @dustymiller65 you're acting like a child... And cursing me isn't going to get you anywhere... at all. Seriously, there's no point. I know what goes on after ROTJ and I'm quite happy with it. Would I like to see an adaptation? Not live action unless Mark Hamill returns...

A wise old Jedi once said this: "Many of the truths that we cling to, tend to be from our own point of view." So if you wish to keep deluding yourself, fine. But cursing me just makes you out to be a troll, not a "fan"

  • @SoraMatt You get cursed out because you deserve it; like receives like, or more; because you've insulted me, via my opinion, which I am entitled to. What you fail to realize is that I'm not a "fan" of Lucas anymore. His thinly disguised attempts at reinventing the original Star Wars trilogy is self hypocritical. In a speech he once delivered years ago, he stressed the importance of cinematic integrity, in specific, NOT changing or altering films in the interest of historic posterity for...

  • @SoraMatt ...for future generations. He has, is currently, and will continue to 'dilute' the cinematic purity of the Star Wars saga by adding "special effects" all in the name of money. It's not about 'what fans want' (or even 'need') anymore. It's all about his love for money and/or he is mentally sick, that is, he has some type of ADD that drives him to continually revamp any and all of the six SW movies. What he is doing dangerously parallels WWII gov't propaganda/censorship control.

  • @SoraMatt His first initial "additions" to the original three movies were tolerable but now he is changing the lines of characters and "cutting and pasting" to suit HIS own vain perspective of cinematic perfection. YOU CANNOT ALTER THE PAST THAT MUCH! He is now messing around with many peoples' happiest and fondest childhood/teenaged/young adult memories. Don't expect people not to sit up and take notice of how Lucas is SLOWLY and CONTINUALLY dismantling/wrecking the Star Wars Original Six.

  • @SoraMatt As for the novels, Clone Wars cartoon movie and TV series, plus upcoming SW TV serials, that's not the issue I'm concerned about-if you like that stuff, good for you. You will find reactions ranging from a growing dissent to damnable outrage from SW fans of all ages on what Lucas has done to the movies. Some fans are like sheep and will happily give their money to Lucas for anything he "squats" out, other fans who have a modicum of intelligence will recognize bullsh*t when it appears.

  • Stupid People

  • When the heck is this finally gonna be out on dvd?

  • what vid is that at 0:21??

  • @spedboy123 american culture, think about other countries buddie

  • No idea what the fascination is. I was 13 when it came out and I watched it with a 6 year old who I was babysitting. He loved it. I preferred Taxi Driver, which my brother snuck me into. I worked for ILM and never saw one of the 'Episodes'. Quite the faux-pas when I mentioned this. Midgets of Marin, you call them wookies. I stuck cigarettes in the hand of the life-size Darth I walked by everyday. Awful films, the ones I saw.

  • It's just a film.

  • @RBaker1925 indeed it is and sometimes we forget, is what makes it so surprising and sometimes cry star wars avces me excited and I hate it and I remember ... it's just a movie, makes one think

  • I don't even think Jar Jar is so bad. Although Jar Jar and Anakin could have singlehandedly ruined the Phantom Menace, there were way more bigger things that made that movie suck even more. Same with the other two pieces of shit.

  • @Maermaethor 3 is good

  • It's just a film.

  • WTF. George Romero has been butchering the Dead series for like 10 years now. When are we gonna get one of these movies about him!?

  • Live long and prosper.

  • I was the biggest Lucas fan, but I can't stand him now. He's surround by yes-men that are too scared to tell him when he is making mistakes. Forget Jar Jar, how about the Crystal Skull?

  • @twojawas Yep, it was pretty damned unforgivable.

  • if i met lucas, i think id shake his hand, because i have a feeling it was fucking steven spielberg that did this to him, as he is obviously not the same lucas from years past

also, if one more motherfucker tells me its just a movie, im going to force punch him in the noodle...figuratively.

  • He made the film, he can change it. It's his art, if all of you classicists wanna kill yourselfs because of it, do it, you'll be doing a good thing actually..

  • @zerof4lk It's not his film. It's OUR film. the peoples film.

  • @MarcSilvestriFan Really? He passed years creating it, then you just watch it and say it's your film? He created it. He can change it. So Ironic, it's a futuristic film.. And it's fans are still living in the past...

  • @MarcSilvestriFan - No. It's his film. He created it. You just sat on your fat ass and watched it and became obsessed.

  • I remember the 1st star wars movie I ever watched was phantom menace and I thought (since I had nothing to compare it too) that all star wars fans are fucking retarded and should eat shit and die for liking piece of shit movies like these. When I saw the original I hated the phantom menace even more because I couldn't fully enjoy them because I kept thinking of jar jar. And I will never watch the other two prequels, I would rather cut off my dick and balls then jump into a pool of alcohol

  • im more of a turkish star wars kinda guy anyways

    :D

  • its his story...he MADE IT UP. ITS HIS!

  • Who are the two chicks fighting at 0:32 ?

Looks cool. Must be some fanfilm...

  • A good 85% of you really need to think before you say something... Because all the stuff that you guys are talking about is stupid.. Take a good 5-30 minutes to realize how foolish alot of you sound

  • jar jar binks was awesome

  • Crucify Lucas. Make him bleed!

  • Nothing's wrong with Jar Jar, The CGI is incredible and who cares.... Han won... Get over this stuff people!

  • @EKJyoung17 Other then that he's a racist, annoying and pointless character?

  • DJNathanV - never majored in music, but I always wanted to. :)

But here's what I'm getting at: Williams HAS reused thematic material, I know, and that's fantastic! He's reused themes throughout all 6 films. But in the original trilogy, it was all ORIGINAL music that reprises those themes - different arrangements, keys, tempo, etc. Its such good music...

But Clones/Sith, it was often the EXACT SAME music, cut-n-pasted from other scenes. Same thing happened in Crystal Skull. Lucas' doing?

  • For me the worst part of the prequels was Lucas cutting and pasting John Williams' music all over the place. Even 'Revenge of the Sith' had music cut and pasted right out of 'Empire Strikes Back'...

  • Williams wrote the music for the prequels!

He used themes from the ot for the pt. Lucas didn't cut or paste anything.

  • He did write a lot of material, but a lot of the music was heavily reused ('Attack of the Clones' borrows musically from 'Phantom Menace' in a number of scenes... listen to Anakin/Padme arriving on the Kamino planet... it's all music lifted right from TPM.)

'Revenge of the Sith' features music cut-n-paste straight from 'Empire Strikes Back'. When the Emperor is fighting Yoda, that's music straight out of the Luke/Vader Bespin lightsaber battle.

  • @reformedfruit Something tells me you aren't a music or theater major.

Using a specific theme or motif for a character (Amidala or Anakin) repeatedly to represent them is intentional. It's a musical/theatrical device to connect you with that character or sometimes a similar situation.

In this case, sections being similar in is to compare the scenes in some way, like the serious nature of the fight (Luke/Anakin fight to Yoda/Palpatine) or simply a continuation of that characters theme.

  • @DJNathanV - one other thought... I've listened to, and enjoyed the film music so much, that I could instantly pick out in 'Attack of the Clones' when music was being reused from 'Phantom Menace' - it completely threw off the scene because I'm thinking, "wait a minute - was this music was lifted from the other film?"

Again, I'm all for repeating themes or motifs, but cut-n-paste soundtracks (especially reusing tracks from DIFFERENT films) just doesn't seem right to me.

  • @reformedfruit Yeah I've always wondered why that was. I was pretty disappointed when I heard the Bespin lightsabre battle music during Yoda and Palp's fight. Can't seem to find any explanation online. But I wonder if Williams actually wrote music for that which Lucas didn't like...

  • NOT JUST A MOVIE

  • read Michael Kaminski's "The Secret History of Star Wars"... it explains all this stuff in exhaustive detail in one paperback book (don't mean to sound like an advert, but seriously I just finished it and it talks all about the "three trilogies" stuff, the old scripts, the alterations, the prequels, backstory, backlash, etc.)

  • I'm going to read this book, thanks for recommeding it, besides I've always tought that GL did it on purpose, he set out to "dismantle" the myth he created. He almost achieves it...

  • Yes, the prequels sucked, but people wanted more Star Wars. The new Indian Jones was far worse than the Star wars prequels. I was disappointed the most in Episode 1 because Darth Maul was kick-ass, and George just killed him off. Stupid.

  • Prequels had better action and I loved the whole tale showing Vader's fall from grace.

Originals had better actors and dialogue.

    E.O.S.

  • We should have seen Jar Jar coming. Heres why: G.L. got soft when he decided to replace Wookies with Ewoks. THEN he softened Han up. THEN he added in that needless musical scene at Jabba's palace <---(musta been a cgi showing off kinda thing). THEN JarJar. Obviously all these changes for marketing purposes and to draw the kiddies in.

  • I thought I heard that GL had originally planned 9 films, not the 6 produced. A trilogy of trilogies. Each with a middle, beginning and end.

The original idea was to sell the story to the studios, and they said OK, but you make a first for proof.

Episode 7, Luke rebuilds the Jedi school. Princess Leia joins training.

Episode 8, Leia goes to the dark side.

Episode 9, Luke rescues Leia, 3CPO and R2D2 become sentient beings.

All of Star Wars is actually the story of two droids.

  • Is it true? Is it REALLY true?

  • who do you think you are, supershadow?

  • @stargazer4atime except that the EU, Luke DOES form the Jedi School in the old Base of Yavin IV, Leia marries Han, DOES go through Jedi training, but is too busy as a diplomat to complete it at first, has twins, Jacen and Jaina, both of whom become Jedi Knights, then Luke marries former Imperial Agent, Mara Jade and have a son named Ben, then a new alien force comes from beyond the stars, Chewie dies, as does Leia's 3rd child, Anakin, then many years later, her first son becomes Darth Caedus.

  • I"m not going to get into it...us Fans have our opinions...but i'm excited to see this film. Hope GL gets to see it and think about fixing some things in the next films...if he makes them.

I do love that my nephew is into SW due to the new movies...even though they were a let down to me...

  • This whole thing is absolute bullshit.

  • Let's just get right to the point: There is a disconnect that exists between the originals and prequels. What makes the originals is more than the story- it's the colors, the ambiance, the emotion that make this saga so important... The prequels failed to make that important connection with the audience... There is no real sense of danger, or a true struggle for survival... If Lucas would have poured that into the first three, this conversation wouldn't be relevant today.

  • Aren't they going to talk about the crystal skull piece of $h1t?

  • The only star wars related thing I actually HATE is the Holiday Special. JarJar is annoying, but I don't hate him as much as everyone else.

  • @inatspong Yeah, but he was DELIBERATELY annoying.

  • AFTER EFFECTS GENTLEMEN!

  • Its just a movie series

  • The lightsabre fights at the beginning, the ones after "Every generation has a saga..." Where do they come from? Doesn't look as good as Reign of the Fallen, but I'd like to see that fan film. :P

  • There are two things to hate... ok three.... or so...

    1) New CGI in the original trilogy

    2) Han shooting first

    3) JarJar Binks.

  • amen.

  • And the clone wars cartoon.

  • @jesusfreakrkg But are the original theatrical versions available as an option on the dvds? Because they should be.

  • @Nannirk theatrical versions of the original trilogy? yes. though they are letterbox and not actual widescreen... and the transfer is really not very good. go on Amazon and search for "star wars 2 disc dvd" :-) I mostly only watch the theatrical versions... with the exception of A New Hope... now I watch Adywan's fan edit. If you haven't seen it... check it out!

  • @jesusfreakrkg Letterboxing sucks..

I'll check out the fan edit if I find it. :P

  • @jesusfreakrkg weesa going HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMEEEE!!!!!!

  • @jesusfreakrkg yeah no. 2 is just messed up like greedo shot first but they made han shoot first like hes too scoundrel...man why the hell am i arguing?

  • @jesusfreakrkg

You also forgot the story telling + plot of the Ep I II III, Jake Lloyd being Cast by George - Hellen Kellar - Lucas, Darth Maul dying in the first movie and being replaced by Dooko, all the CGI in the new trilogy (ask the actors- they hated not having sets too), Hayden C in ROTJ, the laughable NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at the end of Ep III

    oh yeah

    "or so.... "

    for sure!

  • @ROOKTABULA Hayden in ROTJ was just an afterthought and it was ok: he didn't speak did he? Episode 3 also wasn't near as bad as people want it to be, but they secretly like it. Yes episode 1 and 2 were disappointing, but there are are worse films out there; we can all agree on it. What worked still worked, unlike a film like Green Lantern. Jake Lloyd was annoying, but he's no Jar Jar Binks, he's just a kid: Forgiven. The plot was also fantastic, just fix the dialogue and throw in the EU. Fixed.

  • @jesusfreakrkg well keeping the CGI out of the original trilogy would mean you could just ignore the prequel saga, so this should be the most annoying thing ever.

i dont care about jar jar, cause I dont see the prequel trilogy as canon, as stupid as it may sound. the magic in the old trilogy comes from NOT KNOWING THINGS.

  • @jesusfreakrkg You forgot, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"

  • WTF is this CRAP!!

  • stupid how would wan whatch this and the 123 stares movies where way beter than 456

  • The problem is not the prequels... it's that GL won't release the original "Star Wars" in its original academy-award winning form. This is highly unusual for a major motion picture, particularly one that is #12 on the AFI list of top-100 movies of all time. This should bother anyone who cares about movie and art history.

  • I thought the original, unaltered films WERE released on DVD, weren't they?

  • If poor 93 non-anamorphic laser disc transfers count as a DVD release, then yes.

  • Damn...I had no idea that was what they used for the "unaltered DVD release," which apparently looks like it was a half-assed job.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if those were the only versions of the unaltered films that Lucasfilm had, because it wouldn't surprise me at all if Lucas destroyed the originals. After all, he DID say he wanted them to disappear from public memory and let the "Special Editions" be the "actual versions" of them...

  • His explanation basically states that in creating the special editions his people altered the original negatives to create the special editions. We at original trilogy, know for a fact that these negatives had to be altered via computer copies rather than the original negatives. It is in my belief that they are saying that we are incompetent. If the negatives were altered in any way, it is disrespectful to the fans. Plus, you know they have copies. I heard he still has the Holiday Special.

  • LMFAO at 01:15 thats richard sandling, he doesnt even like star wars

  • Comment removed

  • I like the fact that this movie looks like it's going to take a balanced look at Star Wars fandom, rather than taking just one side and running with it. Us Warsies are a weird lot some of the time, and I think that the one clip in this video sums it up best "If I met George Lucas, I don't know whether I'd shake his hand or punch him in the stomach." We can't make up our minds whether to praise Lucas or berate him, because he does things we both love and hate.

  • Even if he made something you totally hated, he also made something you totally loved. Doesn't a handshake make more sense?

  • I agree. Star Wars fans are the most segregated bunch of people on the planet. I have seen fights over Star Wars discussions. Some people hate Ewoks, but women and especially children love them. Some people hate CGI (me being one of them) others think it makes the films look better. I wouldn't have a problem with George if he would release the Original theatrical versions of all of the films in HD. Instead he likes to make changes as if to say the originals were workprints.

  • well, its his movies & he can fuck it up all he wants..

  • Lucas you ruined something you made up! Boo hoo.

  • its just a film

  • omg... 2 words... nerdrage! lol but i do admit the 3 latest star wars are suck balls because they have no characters development... i still loved the old starwars...

  • your also a nerd

  • nope, i just like epic movies :)

  • Everyone knows the original trilogy is the best.

You can tell Lucas made the second trilogy just for the money.

He had to create something for the kids just like he did in part VI with the Ewoks.

  • I disagree with fat beardo in the preview..it IS just a film. You don't like the prequels, don't watch them and pretend they never happened. Stop whining! The last one came out 5 years ago! IT's over! Discussion ended!

  • Funny thing, is that this trailer looks more like Nerd Rage than anything else...

  • Absolutely. I'm tired of hearing about how the prequels sucked. Talk about the most unnecessary and obvious film ever.

  • it's just a film... and Star Trek was just a TV show that got turned into a movie when Star Wars sold tickets!

  • what was the fan film with the women fighting with lightsabers in the beginning?

  • Yes, that piqued my interest too.

  • if you dont want the name to be forgoten then you gotta keep making the prequals , i would have never heard of star wars franchise until episode 1 came out now i love star wars.

  • i love star wars, got all the movies, play some of the games, read a couple of the books, and sometimes even get sucked into the clone wars series but its all fake it ain't real. i'll admit 1-3 had those moments of wow did u really put that in there but they were still good movies. so please die hard fanboys shut the fuck up and quit ruin these movies for the rest of us its george lucas's idea and he can do what ever he wants wit it. p.s. george can't hear you cry over his big stack of money

  • personally i think is people like in this movie that ruin it for me because it has to be perfect and their way and if its not they gotta ruin it for everyone...so short simple point fanboys ruin movies for everyone. just take them for what they are MOVIES! they're fake these people are as stupid as those who "suffer" from depression because pandora from avatar was not a real place

  • oh and lightsabers will always be cool

  • Comment removed

  • virgin with the dolls at the end

  • idiots

  • Im glad he made the prequels. Those movies are what introduced me to the Star Wars world.

  • what a stupid people...prequels maybe not BEST movies in the world (btw episode III is fuckin awesome and genius work!!!) but whatever say thx to G Lucas .... if not prequels ..there will be no new generation no video games no comics ....at LAST No JOHN WILLIAMS music ...so what the hell u guys whant ? in 1999 create same movie like in 77 ? WTF ? are u kiddin ? yea sure old generation will like it but there will be no new...so go watch star trek if u don't like SW ....

  • nobody gives a fuck ya geeks, star wars wasn't even that cool, lotr ftw

  • heck yes. j.r.r. tolkien is the man.

  • People are still talking about StarWars? Shit people!! Its over. I let that shit go in the 80's. Right next to my HeMan action figures.

Its over. There are so many sci-fi movies out there that actually deserve some attention but dont get it.

Light Sabers are not cool anymore. Giant robots!! Now that i cannot get tired of looking at.

Transformers, Avatar (The bad guy was using it.....but so what?) Even in district 9 the nerdy guy jumped in a robot suit.

    We need giant ROBOTS!!

  • i let giant robots go in the 80s

  • I think Star Wars is great but it's still fictional.

  • americans..pf

  • Overall star wars is OVER RATED!

  • its just a film

  • nerds! get a life! its just a movie!

  • fucking losers ITS JUST A FUCKING MOVIE

  • I hate that argument for anything "It's just a [X] activity"

Like if you're passionate about a sport, and you're upset when the team you root for loses, and then people retort with "It's just a game, get over it". It's very upsetting because it's something you are invested in and care about.

Would you say the same thing if there were hardcore 'The Godfather' fans? "It's just a movie", well yeah, one of the greatest movies of all time! And I think the original star wars are among the best.

  • @c433z yes thats a good point, thats does make sense except when its over god damn star wars

  • your still a loser

  • They have a cave troll!@!!11one!Z!!

  • I'm selling "STAR WARS IS JUST A FILM" t-shirts.

    "Laser-brain" BWAHAHAHAHAHA

  • dont forget to make some for avatar.

  • it is just a film, and it bothers me how so many people just go way too over the top with it

  • I like the new trilogy to be honest just the only thing that bothers me is that anakin whines way to much. God I wish Qui-Gon would just come out of nowhere and bitch slap him.

  • Whiney Nerds. .. . Great. . .

  • I hope this comes out on DVD.

  • i thought the new 3 were pretty good except jar jar, but yea pretty entertaining not the best and the story was sometimes out of place but a pretty solid effort. of corse the original 3 are always gonna be spectacular and great but hey not everything in life is perfect

  • its just a film

  • I love Star Wars, but this movie looks like it's garbage

  • fucken nerds live your own life and stop worrying about a fictional one created by someone else.

  • As a fan of the original trilogy I must agree and say that the prquels where terrible. But ive moved on with my life since then lol. What is the point of all this. Bitching about Lucas admitting to his mistake changes nothing. The only thing that can be done now is stopping Lucas from butchering Indiana Jones any further.

  • Where's the segment from 0:18 to 0:24 from?

  • i hate these nerds.. seriously i liked star wars..all of them ..xept for that children serie clone wars...ofcourse..

  • But did you like the new trilogy as much as the old?

  • Cant tell man.. all i know is that i liked it haha :D

i dont look into small details from movies.. i enjoy them..

  • I liked the new trilogy as well but to be honest the original was brilliant compared to the new. It had an amazing story with great characters and their adventure. The characters looked real...

For instance, in the new trilogy Anakin almost killed Padme, the one reason he turned to the dark side, in his anger. Not to mention that he is as mature as a teenager rebelling against his parents (the jedi)... I don't know man you must admit the new trilogy is just not as good as the old.

  • It's a good film but yet it's still a film lol yeah the star war prequels suck balls and the plot has a lot of holes, but why would anyone take it up the ass ? I just hope the freaks that watch that twilight crap don't end up like these nerds haha.

  • Star Wars is an excellent cinematic masterpiece (in terms of the series/saga/franchise) and should be admired and regarded as such. But some people do take it to far.

  • that looks gay
