I expect to take about five years to re-educate the people so they will be happier with Chinese administration."
(Part5)According to the New York Times on March 29, 1947, one of the Americans said, Troops from China arrived at Taiwan on March 7 and indulged in three days of indiscriminate killing and looting. For a time everyone seen on the streets was shot at, homes were broken into and occupants killed. In the poorer sections the streets were said to have been littered with dead. 'There were instances of beheadings and mutilation of bodies, and women were raped.
(Part4) The uprising was violently put down by the military of the Republic of China.
Carpetbaggers from China dominated nearly all industry, political and judicial offices, displacing the Taiwanese who were formerly employed; and many of the ROC garrison troops were highly undisciplined, looting, stealing, and contributing to the overall breakdown of infrastructure and public services.
(Part3) She begged for her life savings, but one of the agents cracked Lin's skull with a pistol, prompting the surrounding Taiwanese crowd to chase the Chinese agents. As the agents ran away, they fired their guns into the crowd, killing one bystander named Chen Wen-xi. The mood of the crowd, which had already been harboring many feelings of frustration from KMT rule, reached breaking point. The crowd protested to both the police and the gendarmes, but received no response.
(Part2)But one year (16 months) of KMT administration led to the widespread impression that the party was plagued by nepotism, corruption, and economic failure. On the evening of February 27, 1947, Chinese agents from the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in Taipei went to a neighborhood on present-day Nanjing West Road, where they confiscated contraband cigarettes from a 40 year old widow named Lin Jiang-mai. The Chinese agents took away her life savings along with the smuggled cigarettes.
(Part1)The 228 Incident, also known as the 228 Massacre, was an anti-government uprising in Taiwan that began on February 27, 1947 and was violently suppressed by the Kuomintang (KMT) government. Estimates of the number of deaths vary from ten thousand to thirty thousand or more. The number "228" refers to the day the massacre began: February 28, or 02-28. In 1945, 50 years of Japanese rule ended, Kuomintang-administered Republic of China (ROC) started.

Also, Chiang Kai-shek established a publicity department in his politics organization. He made a lot of fake videos and pictures. When Chiang (KMT) was in crisis, his wife came to America, and she begged the U.S.A for help. She showed many faked pictures to Americans.
(Part8)Another example, during the Shino- Japanese War, there were barrier troops (督戦隊）in Chinese military. When some Chinese soldiers escaped from the battle against Japanese, barrier troops killed them. Also, I read an article before, some Chinese soldiers died in the cave when Japanese soldiers arrived the somewhere in China, the Japanese suddenly sobbed because they were chained up. Another sources said Chinese soldiers were killed by barrier troop than Japanese killed.
(Part7)Before Chiang Kai-shek ordered the Yellow River Flood, he commanded his troop retreat from the area. However, he did not tell the people, therefore, many people were killed by the Chinese government. Fortunately Japanese troop was not damaged by this ridiculous strategy. After that, two of the Japanese troops helped a lot of Chinese people on June 12, 1938. Also the Japanese started to rebuild the embankment of the yellow river.
(Part6)Another example, the 1938 Yellow River flood was a flood created by the Nationalist Government in central China during the early stage of the Second Sino-Japanese War in an attempt to halt the rapid advance of the Japanese forces. As a result, the course of the Yellow River was diverted southwards for nine years afterward, inundating 54,000 km² (21,000 square miles) of local provinces. All in all, the flood waters took an estimated 500,000 lives.
(Part5) Secondly, Chinese have cruel war strategy in their history. Chinese soldiers destroyed the homes and fields of their own civilians in order to wipe out any possible supplies or shelter that could be utilized by the over-extended enemy troops. This strategy is called "The Clean Field Strategy" by China. Tell the truth, Chinese soldiers killed 30,000 their own people in cold blood in Changsha in 1938 under this strategy. In fact, Japanese didnt attack the Changsha Chinese city.

Japanese Army had to capture Nanking in December 1937. The prosecutions presented for this 'Nanking Massacre' have been various, and especially, the number of victims is controversial. According to the Documents of the Nanking Safety Zone, the committee members in China reported to the world about the number of victims in Nanking battle was 49 people in 1938.
