All of them came from ps3 and some of them play on both systems now.

@Shinkada She's only really bad to fight against if you play certain characters, I main T.Hawk, Zangief and Dan and she can be rather annoying to get in on without meter since she has good zoning and her dive kick armor breaker can catch you off gaurd tryiong to pass her projectiles, she has some pretty damaging meterless combo's providing she has all 3 kicks charged. However I know that once she's knocked down it's not in her favor, low stamina and awful reversal game without meter.

@TheBoredomOtaku There's much stronger zoners, she's not nearly as difficult to get in on as Sagat, Guile, Dhalsim, Seth, Gouken... Honestly if you ask me between the huge startup time (effectively, due to storing), the need to predict and not being full screen I think she's one of the worst zoners... She can hurt like a bitch if she has some stored though, yeah.

Just curious why someone would find her "fucking annoying."

@Shinkada Oh yes I understand, she is hardly broken so it would only depend on who you played I suppose. I said her zoning is good from a grappler perspective having multi angle fireballs and being able to build meter by just repeating the first half of the fireball startup which could hurt you later in a punish combo. Sagat ,Guile and the like would have no problem outzoning her and they can be more annoying to fight as a grappler compared to her I was just giving an example.

@Shinkada Sortof yes and no, Ibuki needs to knock down the opponent to actually do anything and try to cause confusion if not she has to try run away with Kunais that don't really do much damage. Once you get even a small life lead on Ibuki she will get incredibly impatiant and try to close in and get grabbed a lot, Gief's Ultra 2 can really turn the tide on this matchup since she will spend most time in the air. Cody does not that bad against the grapplers funnily enough but not amazing either.

@TheBoredomOtaku I think Ibuki is secretly top tier, but it's not in her zoning, no. Grapplers wouldn't be among her great matchups. Cody... Eh. I imagine Giefs and T.Hawks get a LOT of free wins against Codys who don't realize Criminal Upper isn't truly safe on block. I say that just because even using Evil Ryu a lot of them get careless and do it close enough to srk them, and that's 3 frames and way shorter range than Gief's magic grabs.
