It might just be me but judging by the accent and the name I'm assuming the make-up artist it Romanian.
It would have been good if we could have been told the name of this make-up line in the video. The thing I hate about mineral makeup is that you don't really see a difference after application. The look is literally very natural. To have to layer everything to the coverage you want would take forever, unless of course one has perfect skin which wouldn't matter anyway.
