I ordered from UK and there is no problem at all! They are very kind and helpful! but there are items that sell only in US...like Auntie Pamela..and Street Party Bath Bomb..I had to ask them to send to my friend first before it will be shipped to me.. :( takes too long time and limited in weight...else,I would have ordered tons :P Yeah,I am a stocker! :)

@bostoncreamdonuts I've had a moldy AM too & have heard of other ppl having that problem. I cut my butters in quarters and use only a quarter at a time to help keep the mold away (and help them last longer) Make sure you keep them dry and put away after use. Sorry that happened. It's yucky, I know. :( but AM is the only butter that has gone moldy on me.

I have so much of you to blame for my lush addiction now.. hahaha.. i am getting ready to place my first order ever..i know..its 2010 and i never had lush..lol..but im so not decided where to order from cuz the nearest lush is 20 hours away, i wanna order from the UK cuz its cheaper but im just afraid my package is going to die on the way here. Lol , i live in canada so.. im just scared that everything is going to be destroyed, since i plan on making a really big order , but ILY AND UR VIDS <3

dont worry about your package, they package everything really well with loads of padding. And if anything is broken/leaked or whatever, if you email customer services they replace it for free and give you extra free stuff- so you come out better off!xx

@PepperMintVenom Lush has great customer service so I'm sure if you have a problem, they will help you. It's just a simple fact that my UK orders are more often "messy" than my pristine (I like it that way :P ) NA orders.
