Years ago..I lived in a trailer park,,,,I was 18 and in love with DOLLY PARTON..had NEW HARVEST on vinyl with the orginial recording,,,,get up 6 am every morning.. crank up the turntable and start out my day with LIGHT OF A CLEAR BLUE MORNING.. I was told people in the park stop setting there alarm clocks!! LOL

"Light of a Clear Blue Morning" was definitely used in Straight Talk, but Dolly first recorded it in 1977 for the album New Harvest, First Gathering. She wrote it, I believe, the same time she wrote "I Will Always Love You." Where IWALY is the sad side of leaving Porter, LOACBM is the positive, hopeful side.
