you fuck up your guitar signal by putting a zoom 505II in the signal path. I'm saying it by my own experience. I've owned a zoom 505II for ten years and now I've finally maneged to retire it in order to use only separed pedals, one for each function. Man, it's a huge difference. Much more tone definition. If you put a zoom in the path, you mess up your signal because this Zoom 505II is very very far away from having at least an acceptable bypass. Put this way: the zoom 505II "eats" the signal.

Using this pedal for grunge is definitely not a requirement for ownership of it. In fact, Jesse Pintado (Napalm Death) used to endorse it. ;-)

@vai1991lob the zoom multi-effects processor is my favorite pedal of all time. I just wih zoom would redo their new pedals so that you can toggle through without changing the sound. I have bought 2 more from ebay because I love the zoom so much...

Ive got a zoom 707ii with expression pedal, u think if i put a distortion in front of it and set it to clean I could use it just as a wah wah? I dont know if the clean of the zoom would override the distortion. Only a beginner never used more than one pedal

alright bro this ur lucky day, buy a zoom 505 II pedal thats the gray one i have its like 50 bucks but its so worth the money, i ran the grunge through the zoom and then to the amp, just use the settings on the grunge and you get that tonw but its a bit thin, of you add the zoom you get a full, thick tone similar to the one in stricken by disturbed, but to answer your question... the setup is guitar-grunge-zoom-amp hope it helps keep rockin

well no, the c3 is actually something weird, in the viseo i turn the dial and show the settings i use, with this pedal you can create totlly new and unique patch, and yes i use the zoom as an eq for the grunge
