I so lucked out when I fought him the first time Solo, I had Floyd and the other band members with me, all equipped with Merc Assault Rifles, Antione Died within seconds of the opening cutscene (I told the survivors to wait just outside the restaurant, and as Antione tried to heal, I chipped away the last his health)
