hey scooter gut ive watched alot of your videos now and i got a queastion? ... you have all this info books programs and TIME.. but you still only put the work to little 50's lol etc, you must be dam sick of spending money for 100 revs and 1.5 hp lol, i know ive been fooling with small hondas for a while now lol, the increases your making are not worht it for the road lol, my advice to you is hit the twins man youl be much more satisfied with the outcome and you porting and horsepower gains lol

My next bike will be a 200 horsepower Hayabusa, which I will leave stock. The Hobby is to make this little engine more powerful. I probably have the only one modified like this, in a state the size of your whole Ireland. Ever seen another American building these little motors on Youtube? Think about it.

whats the most insane power band/ port time area that u have ever experimented with that u have programmed in?

I know in the past there were bikes that revved to 22,000rpm, had 18 gears and a power band of about 500rpm wide!

3 cylinder 50cc bikes etc!

just take a peace of paper an line the inside of the cylinder with it an scribble on the ports till there outlined, then widen the ports slighty and on the top just a little bit . theres no need for this. just make sure your exhuast is super smooth and your intake is rough. simple as that.

If the port is already wide then u can break rings.

If u widen or raise transfers u loose bottom end and the nozzle effect theres a lot more to it.

Raising exhaust will often make it feel faster but often u loose torque and have same bhp just higher up rev range and with a narrower power band.

This program prevents u ruining ur cylinder, unless u have several to work on incase u goto far.

Its not only port timing, its port time area a narrow tall port verses a short wide port.
