The piano part seemed a little bit wierd. I would have stuck with the piano part that was in the sheet music. The other notes that you added in would be good if you could put them alongside the others. You are playing harmonies rather than the actual piano part. This piano part is crucial to the singer.

Don't worry, you definitely don't suck! I enjoyed this video. I do have a bit of constructive comments--mostly that the transitions from your head to your chest voice are pretty apparent. You can work on that with a vocal coach. Also, I suggest working on your lower register to get it up to par with your head voice.

In the future, when perfoming, try to relax. If you relax, the audience will relax, and won't be staring at you with blank faces, which decreases your stress performing.

When you were singing, your voice tended to waver a bit, changing your pitch. If you work on that, then you'll be awesome!
