Id you guys know the plot of FMA accurately describes the paintings of nicolas Flamel and the actual alchemic formulas and whatnot. The 7 sins are part of the kabbalistic part of the equation. Al symbolizes the religious part of the experience, and Ed symbolized the laborous part of the experience. Ling symbolized the kundalini and higher awareness parts, etc etc. I could go on ad nauseum, but I hope my point is clear. It's amazing to see how much research the authors must've done for this.

One of the best things with FMAB(and the manga, which can almost be seen as the same thhing, considering how closely the anime follows the manga), is that it's short - unlike the anime's that keep on going for 8+yrs and gets repetetive and boring, FMAB ends when it's at it's best. Although I want more, at the same time I'm glad it ended when it did.

Yeah I watched the episodes when they were being released. then read the manga up to the end and watched the rest of the eps when they came out.

FMAB is the best anime I've watched. I've seen Patlabor, Bleach, and Naruto. But the story of FMAB is just amazing. It's shortness is sad, but its so great. I'm going to rewatch it right now haha. I love the music in this one too, sort of has...a holy or medieval type sound to it unlike other animes I've seen.

Maybe it Brotherhood is the best because it was shorter than those other series you mention. FMAB's pacing was just right (maybe a bit rushed). No fillers, every episode is important to the plot and intense.

I loved how the combined story, animation, and music gave FMA: Brotherhood this eerie feeling the entire way, just like knew that so much was wrong Amestris. What would be interesting though is if Kimblee came back through him - since Pride has to have at least one soul within him, it would most likely be crazy Kimblee; we don't know what happened to his soul. Didn't all of the other souls composing Pride become completely used up and I'd imagine that Pride didn't actually have one soul of his own.
