I don't think either of the guys you mention, facing the wall or crouching by a ledge, are really camping. I mean you do have to stop and shoot sometimes. By that definition your "camped" that in fact amazing part of the gameplay where you were behind the wood stack at which point someone spawned behind you and killed you. I really think camping consists of someone who does not move, even after they kill someone. And based on the fact that your returned there and he was absent I wouldn't call it
