Need a key, never skipped ahead. last missions completed were who dares wins and the amazing aqua cura! i'm level 30 and can't get any higher. i checked the BoS for akey and nothing. where's the radio guy? i have come back to an old save so not sure where i am in terms of the story tbh all the dad story is done. all the add ons are done. now what?

@trialoffire95 It depends when you go to the GNR building. If you follow the story and don't skip ahead in the main quest, there will be BoS soldiers.
