superstar7soso You should not staighten ur hair b4 curling it...it will just make the curls look nice in the beginning

no not really when you curl it with the straightenr it still takes out the frizz as you curl and if you straighten and then curl it will just expose your hair to unnecessary heat so yea no =]

you get the curl basically because it's a narrow iron with plates that don't just stop on the sides. the iron plates curve out the side of the iron. they are made like that bascially so you can do that kinda thing. so it's not magic. just need a good iron with that feature. looks nice, i do that with my hair all the time.
