I dont know if anyone else has noticed but when Lara dies there is never any blood but you get the sound of cracking bones and she turns into a rag doll!?!?!?! or she screams after shes dead.

You should rather do England first. And Bolivia. Then you are bullet-proof and you'll have one-shot kill. That way it is MUCH easier to do Kazakhstan.
