No need to subsurf that mesh at all. That is way to many verts anyway. I did a set smooth. 2:07 ish.

I will be up dating this to using Sub surf and scaling using a lattice. This is a very easy quick set up for NOOBs to do. The next one will be a little bit more advanced but very easy to set up and use.

NOOB NOTE: Also be sure to subserf the "eyeball" also.
