I've always hated iTunes. It's the number one reason why I'll never buy an iDevice. Sure, it solves the problem of making it easy to copy music to the device... but at the cost of being forced to do it the Jobsian way. I guess I'm not in the target market.

@shaurz It was an example, an illustration of how such business model works; you integrate one product to another and make money out of their interdependence.

It doesn't necessarily have to be Apple.
