i loved this track.big and fast.never seen a live race on dirt.only seen the paved track live.but i loved it.thats whats missing from nj racing, a big track.wall is good,new egypt is good.but flemington was unreal.wish they never closed that track.sucks that people cried about the noise.if you didnt like the noisew you shouldnt of moved there.that track was there long before you.
why? I rather it paved because the isma super were freaking UNREAL !!! also i liked the flemington modifieds; they were so much faster than the dirt cars and even the tour type cars were better than dirt cars!!!
I went to Flemington until the last race in 1989. It looked alright I guess on asphalt but it was never the same again. Just watching this video, you can tell the fans are just trying to give it a shot but after a few years, it wasn't happening.
I agree with you on that. Truly sucks. I used to go to Flemington when it was a dirt track right up until the last Craftsman Truck race a few years ago. I even moved to Flemington in '98. Just what we need - another friggin' mall.

Why? i was there from the first race on pavement to the last race and I loved everyone !!! isma supers were UNFREAKING REAL!!!
