@aziza283 hi aziza! I got it from the kingsland road one, but I've seen it in the walthamstow one also. Have you not been able to find it? The mane and tail was also bought at packs and it's the backbone of my hair journey- without it I would have lost a LOT more hair because my hair used to tangle like crazy. It is excellent for detangling the hair, adding a bit of moisture, and making the hair more easier to comb. I love it!

@aziza283 hiya, it is at the bottom end- near argos, lidl (If that's the name), etc)- the dead end of the market basically :) why are you worried about using the mane and tail? Is it because it was originally made for horses? Don't use anything you are not comfortable using babe- i'm sure there is always an alternative :)

@silverflowers1 hi oh that close thanks for that the reason why i asked a bout it is that ive heard that if you stop using it that it can cut of your hair and that is not what im looking to do im trying to get healthy hair thats all and when did you notice a different in using the product mane and tail ? that is past the one pound shop isnt it :)

Great tips that you're giving us Silverflowers, my question is how often a week are you washing your hair..? right now I do mine weekly, and would like to grow the length I had to shoulder length...my hair is an inch below my ears. I live in Canada, and am not too sure if the products that you use are available to purchase here..Any tips and more advice about that? :)

@MsMuffin71 I wash my hair only once a week like you do. Once a week should be fine. I say to do a quick tour on youtube and look out for products that keep on coming up in various vids- that indicates good products and you can try things out from there if you haven't found your staple ones already.

I just use what works for my hair- it took me ages to find great ones for me but now that I've found them, I just stick to them, regardless of what others are doing. So yer, search until you find

what type of tea tree oil do u use to oil your scalp? is it pure or mixed?

@XhijahG2 heya, it's called p+5o tea tree oil- on the ingredient list it says it is tea tree oil mixed with sunflower seed oil and rosemary extract. the sunflower oil is the first ingredient so I guess it is mainly comprised of sunflower oil- I guess so people dont experience rashes or something

leave in conditioners are conditioners which are designed to be left in the hair after application; whereas deep conditioners are designed to be rinsed out of the hair after a period of time. Both condition the hair but deep conditioners are supposed to penetrate the hair shaft more to perform intense conditioning

@ladiipeanut13 My hair growth rate isn't affected by the products I use- the products only help me to retain my length and decrease breakage. My hair grows the same rate with or without these products. That's how most people's hair is

My Grandmother and Aunt are both natural and they use Elasta QP Soy Oyl Ultra Hydration Deep Conditioner to moisturize their hair and as a gel. They DO NOT rinse it out! They wash their hair as they see fit (weekly or bi-weekly) and use this product daily and say that it works wonders even though it is a deep conditioner. I plan to purchase some for myself and see how well it works.

@aakapella hiya. no i do not mix the moisturising and protein deep conditioners on my wash day but I have done so a couple of times and my hair came out fine- so if your thinking of doing that it should be ok hopefully. I have decided to try using the moisturising conditioner with an egg on my protein wash days cz i want to get rid of another product in my regimen (ie the protein conditioner) as I want to save as much money as possible. If that turns out well I will continue to use an egg.xxx
