It looks like another OPPPS on the developer. They built it on unstable land. Poor people. Sucks the developers do that to people. You should title and tag this video to give people who are building a new home a heads up on what can happen if they build a house on soft land.
We have this kind of things happening in the mountains of México, when it rains a lot and as well with the earthquakes that we have a lot, the native people, "indians" loose their homes ang have no money and we find them wandering in the cities asking for money in the streets to rebuild their homes! But if one is attuned to higher energies one shall be protected, I have seen things happening and the houses where we meditate are safe! from water and fires!!
@hidearCellofGod - My heart goes out to the people of Mexico! I have been keeping up on the narco news and its horrific whats going on, more than 60,000 dead in 5 years and its only getting worse. I pray for Mexico, it is a shame what the drug cartels are doing! "Viva La Raza!"
@adam3176 - Cracks and sinkholes seem to be opening up in allot of places, then they have just done some type of earth X-ray in which some new pyramids have been discovered... It all ties in together... One thing we can be sure of they know allot more than they are telling the public...
Thing is, all these land developers come in and change the landscape...add some dirt, move some dirt, and build homes....this happened near where I live...a new housing development about 200 ft from the railroad tracks. Fifteen years later over 10 homes collapse...it's the developer's fault for not allowing for water run off and it kept diddling away at the underground sand until one day a huge storm wiped out the area. Perhaps it was built on a natural spring????
even if this is really interesting, but all you can see on american houses is wood wood and wood again... the floor plate under the house is like 10 - 15cm or something? and you wonder that yours houses break every little storm tsk *_*
interesting observations about the downspout and water and pit part of the problem like fracking eh? this is a small example of what the large scale fracking is doing in ark and other parts of planet spliting the ground and causing in alot of cases earthquakes! good vid!
@CHUCKYCASPER - Ahhh, I see...lol... No harm, There was a person on here that kept calling me Scott thinking I was someone else, I thought you were that person. I didnt mean any offense and none was taken. I recognize your nick and appreciate all your comments...
@BeePeeOilDisaster my bad tho beepee was just waking up lmfao ;) !! love your vids whether your names scott frank or even ricky dicky heads up brother !!! chucky
I bet that was where they pushed the excess dirt from grading the other properties. We see the same thing in neighborhoods where they did the same thing.
Then there is the possibility this area is an old slide that stopped short of the bottom of the valley.
A lot of these places (hill sides, river beds,,,) they knew were not long term properties when they first issued permission to build on them.
Wow, this is just not right. I bet the other neighbors aren't sleeping well! Such a sad thing for these poor folks. I pray no one ever gets hurt, and no other one's go down. Stay safe BP, and don't let the fools, get the better of you! You are a smart and caring man. God Bless You!
I'm curious, Is it as beautiful all over WA, like this video is? I hate AZ, it's too hot, want to go home to California, or somewhere nice.
@OneGirl007 - Yes, Washington State is a beautiful place, mountains and allot of rivers and forest areas everything is green here... Thanks for your compliment... =)
The drive was lovely. Too bad for the devastation the family has endured. Guess it's the price you pay for such a nice view-not making light of the situation, but it's beautiful countryside. I've never seen a house so crumbled and the crevice is amazing. You say it has gotten bigger-wow. Thanks for your report. Who couldn't believe you?
Man...You couldn't pay me enough money to live up there, no matter how pretty it is, and if i did live there...I would buy a tent and pack my happy ass south east, I don't care if i had to live in a tent for the next year or so.,My paents and i lived out of a tent in Yellowstone till i was 2years old, and if they could do it, so could i if necessary!
@HisTrueImage - Oh yes its a very nice green area all around the pacific northwest... It is smaller than Seattle the tallest building in town is under 10 stories...
@weadone - Thats actually a expansion/contraction joint, it is the way its made... All of the water coming down that hill... After a closer look I think there was something malfunctioning with the water pipe under the house like they had a slow leak for a very long time which caused the soil erosion but that is just my superficial hypothesis...
@weadone - I think it may have been some new technology they were implementing. They are constantly working on the freeways here. This town Everett is growing very fast the last few years. Its north of Seattle about 35 miles... I would love to come to Scotland some day, I really like the old traditions and buildings. Thanks for your commenting...

If someone uses the toilet at that house there would be no privacy.

Property values are sliding in that neighborhood. They didn't know they had a mobile home. That's what you call flipping a house

good vid bud.
sounds like it got to heavy for the soil to hold up.
especially with the extra water from the rains.
