i dunno.. i hate it when they try to fuse modern history with classic history. there were nowhere near as many explosions and shootings as this film proposes.. besides, why do they always implement a female character into the story? one that is almost always based on good looks and has absolutely nothing else to offer?.. ima pass.

I called B.S. on the movie portraying Sherlock Holmes as knowing martial arts, jumping in slo-mo from big-ass explosions, and dodging projectiles with Matrix-like precision - that these were merely cliche'd Hollywood treatments for a movie franchise.... until I wiki'd it and apparently the Holmes from the actual 1800s novels DID do all that stuff... but still wondered if there was enough of the analytical coming through in the movie aside from all the ass-kicking..
