Those pickups look just like the Guild humbuckers I put on my Gibson MelodyMaker back in 1975, so I would say it's a Guild but I can't make out what is on the headstock.
I've got both of her instructional videos and very fortunate to have them. I'm learning a lot from them. I recently just discovered her too. Wish she's still around.
she has the action too low . . sounds so tinny, but makes it easier to play. I guess her fingers can't handle thicker strings and higher action.
