  • i dont understand why the hell people give a damn about some ones sexuality i mean honstly by best friends a bi chick and its awsome

  • I totally agree with you.

However when I was in high school, simply suggesting you were homosexual would be cause to investigate you for possible criminal arrest. Being caught would surely bring on criminal prosecution for 'morals.' Beating was commonplace and social distancing was mandatory for survival sake.

You are lucky to be living in the 21st century, so far....fingers crossed

  • being in a relationship shouldnt meen that you should be setting an example straight or gay love is found inside you its your choice who you love not someone elses that "sets the example!!!" this really annoys me

  • Even if that was in the 'contract' he wouldn't think about enforcing it if he saw another member making out with someone of the opposite sex. It's two faced people like that, that bug me.

  • Hi my photo is on my website. My name is Marcus Westfall . Go to marcus westfall.com and read my book it is about cultural things that discriminate against men every where they go but especially on the job.

  • Have you ever stopped to consider that the ,majority of people are offended by your sexuality and find it disgusting?

We allowed you people to be gay without punishment (something that would never have been allowed years ago), yet now you want to stick it down our throats by committing perverted acts infront of us?

  • @spearyc what u said is just plain mean. gay guys being punished? maybe it is not the norm to see gay couples but it is not some crime that needs to be punished. not all gay guys are the same which is evident with the guy in this vid. the only diff bet hetero and homo is sexual "preference" just like some people like to eat bread and others prefer rice or pasta. so there really shouldn't be any issue. If a straight couple made out in public it's also somehow awkward right?

  • @stanbalo Yeah, I don't think straight people should ''make out'' in public either. All I'm saying is, gay people always have something to moan about. They wanted equality, they got equal treatment, now they want preferential treatment.

  • @spearyc Are you fucking kidding me right now? You think gay and straight people have EQUAL treatment? Seriously? I only wish. What is equal about not being able to get married? What is equal about being harassed just for being who you are? You are a disgusting creature that deserves to be locked up. You say you are ''allowing'' people to be gay? No. Its not up to you. You see, if you tried to ''punish'' someone for being gay, you would be in jail. You're just some bible thumping fuckwad

  • @aug4280 I'm not religious at all for your information. Long ago, knowing it's wrong and disgusting, the masses would have grouped together to punish homosexuality. In fact, they used to, hence why far fewer people ''came out'' back then. Unfortunately these days, people are forced to put up with it, due to words like ''homophobia'' being levelled to the term ''paedophile'' or ''rapist''.

What I'm saying is, you gays/ethnic minorities/disabled people/women have won. Isn't that enough?

  • @spearyc I'm Sorry but you are incredibly Ignorant

  • @spearyc you need to take a sociology class or something.

  • @spearyc won what? won the right to live as a person and have the same rights as other people? Oh well, now we all know the word homophobia is not labelled on you irrationally.

  • @spearyc won what? won our rights to live our lives? having different preferences for sport teams or tv shows is having a different opinions but human rights are not something for people to disagree about. Applied the same theory, the Nazis were simply having a different opinion about the Jews. And I think it's funny when homophobes/misogynists/racists/sexists get offended when people call out their true nature. What a joke.

  • Just saw this vid,

That dude was a complete douche to even bring that up. He probably wanted you to say that it was true and then ask you were and how it happened just so that he can have a visual. He is probably closeted. Screw him. I hope everything was ok when you confronted them at the SGA meeting.

  • Just try pussy. It tastes better.

  • @TtotheWhat

I can confirm that because I'm a girl who likes girls <3.

Just kidding. Seriously dude, if you're gonna come on a video like that and say something stupid like that, you might as well go back to eating pussy. He's gay, he's gay, that's it, it's not because he doesn't like pussy, it's because he likes guys, which is totally normal, i mean there isn't anything different and that's just the way it is.

  • Good for your friend for saying you should say that you were with him - and good for you for having the courage to take it forward if they kick you off based on rules that are not in your contract.

Good luck, bright blessings - never give up.

    Kind thoughts.

  • :*

  • My name is Marcus Westfall. I wrote a book called Two Women Are Opposite Sex. It is about all the cultural things that discriminate against straight men and gay men. Visit my website and buy my book . I am sure you will enjoy the story

  • Do not respond to morons who send manipulative text messages. The moment you say "Oh yeah? What rumor did you hear?", you have implied that you care, and the dickhead has won the battle. "Making out in a restaurant?" Who does that, even in Manhattan, and if they do, is it a restaurant or something else? The good thing about going to school where you are is that you will quickly learn, if you stay there, that no one cares about these issues, only whether you pay your bills.

  • my school and friends are really pro-gay so me being out is no problem.

  • If I told my school I was a lesbian. They would make fun of me and spread rumors like, "Oh I saw her making out with a girl in the bathroom". The people at school are stupid and need to get a life!

  • who cares ?

  • preach it!

  • That is totally rediculous. I mean it was the same in my school before they went to district court for the president of our G.S.A. was seen kissing another girl.

  • i totally agree with you...it happens to me all the time.

    hope it will change. kiss

  • Hey, I'm going to be commenting a lot...insomnia is kicking my butt. Really, though, I can see why it matters/mattered so much. It bothers me when people are prejudiced against me for being a bit different (I'm not gay but, for me, the one thing that has always caused a commotion is my appearance), maybe without even realizing it. So yeah, I hope that had worked out for you.

  • my school is the same old fashioned and needs 2 change mainly students need a beter attitude and everything is sweeped under the mat

  • There was this school that cancelled a school prom because a girl wanted to bring her girlfriend so the school cancelled it. That made me mad. :(

  • You are right! I mean seriously just because you know about someone who is homosexual, bi, gay lesbian does't mean you get to treat them unequally, treat them fairly. Seriously, where do people get the idea that this is wrong? A lot of people say it's because of Christianity, some from homo phobics. I'd be interested to see more reasons why people see this is wrong but homosexuality is not wrong. It's natural, its apart of nature. Its normal. Sheesh... people are so ignorant it makes me sick!

  • Dude, I know exactly what your going through.. My friend is bi and everyone knows about her.. And people keep asking if we're going out.. I'm also bi.. But no one knows that. But I mean there's just so much shit going around and people who support GSA at my school don't even stand up for those who are picked on. I mean what the hell?

  • They want us gay guys to go and hide and be ashamed that we love a guy.

Hideing like I did ruined my life, the life I could have had was spoiled by hideing who and what I was.

Don't bow to there pressure it is bad enough we have no rights as it is.

  • Comment removed

  • hahaha that's hilarious.

  • You're exactly right. Straight people can talk about their Boyfriends, Girlfriends, Husbands and wives and it's ok. They practically make out in public and it's ok. But if two guys even hold hands in public it's "Flaunting" it. It's just one double standard held by society.

  • @Thatoneotherthirdguy Ditto. I've seen couples seriously making out in public without anyone giving as much of a glance. No-one cares. When it's about gay people, the complain usually comes with a "oh, I'd be just as shocked if it were a straight couple". Blatant, utter lie.

  • man ur school FUCKIN SUCKS BALLS WTF JUST WTF SGA?? no making out outside of school???? fuck that shit u should be able ta do what u want and not be controlled

PS lol u seem like a nice person and ur really cute XD hahahaha

  • I commend you on your patience. If it were me in that position I probably wouldn't have dropped it. And in response to other posts I've seen, don't let the formality of the situation stifle you on these issues. If everybody went with the norm to protect their own hide, where would we be as a society? Stand up for what you think is right, and don't let yourself get intimidated by anybody/anything. Not that I think you would but I'm just saying.

  • I think your point is entirely valid and it makes me curious about what happened since. But your thinking is sound and I only can say: keep as cool as you are.

  • Probably too late to comment, but, Carl - you don't have to go to every fight you're invited to. I mean, SGA is resume', eductation, leadership etc. be careful with your own record here. Represent your students, if the student body wants to take issue then do so. But it sounds like this issue would originate from personal affairs of officer of SGA - sticky mess. If you plan for a career as a civil rights lawyer - then go for it !! otherwise I'd say walk softly, & do your job well. Thanks

  • Lol. I always look at your eyebrows:)

  • lol same here

  • that was a weird school cuz everyone should be allowed to be a couple even tho your gay or not

  • I got the shit kicked out of me the other day for being bi.

    Fuck homophobes.

    BTW you're rather tasty :P

  • @flatnose666 lmao

  • Comment removed

  • LOLOLOLOLO innit blad

  • You should take it as you can and see what they do. I would not sue now because the headmaster might say that the head of your association is 100% in the wrong.

  • wtf this pisses me iff esp bc i was president of carlkrs school sga for 2 years... and i wouldnt have had this shit

  • Ugh. I lack the words to describe how stupid this whole thing is. We should be allowed to show affection for whomever we please - regardless of gender. Bigotry is wrong. Even though i'm about 7 months late to the party but w/e.

  • hey man im dealing with the same thing i get judged every day for something i cant help i could really use someone 2 talk 2 and relate 2 please message back

  • god damn it ur cute

    i wish u like girls

    i'm sad

    cause i'm cute too lol

but i'll never get a chance

    shit

    love ur videos though

  • You need to get a whole group of good str8 and gay girls and boys to play gay chicken kissing.

    And drive the homophobes nuts.

  • fuck them

  • What kind of school do you go to. Bunch of iddiots

  • bah fight it but just understand people fear what they dont undderstand and they hate what they fear

  • fucking sue the bastards they will act differently when you sue for money fuck them

  • well i go to an english school and its totally differnt here, you just wouldn't do that, by the way you are really cute and seem like you have a really nice personality! x

  • Yes it's not long time ago that people began to accept the homosexuality so some people find strange ... But I thing the gay people are very good accepted in big cities like berlin or so, and in little cities and villages you'll be looked at as if you're an alien ! I have a lesbian friend, and when she walks hand in hand with her girlfriend, the people sayy it's horrible and abnormal and they shouldn't do that in public or at all ... I think differences are never gonna be totally accepted .

  • Your lucky to me... No one in my school knows im bisexual and if I bring it up its going to be like a big thing and im only going into 7th grade... And it doesnt help when I have no friends to help me out...

  • hey, so what happened in the next meeting then?

  • College will be a lot better.

  • your hot

  • at my highschool, a gay couple can't go to prom together. my best friend (who is gay) and i tried to start a protest, but no one cared. we people found out we wanted to protest, the student body act against us. people were saying i was a lesbian or that nick and my boyfriend were a "thing". some even tried to act violently. we eded up going to prom together and our other friend went with his boyfriend so they'd be able to dance together at their senior prom.

  • It seems like the president of the Sga was behaving ignorantly and inappropriately by doing something like that. =/

  • tell them to fook off and tbh im Bisexual and in my school I scnogged a boy when a gang of people were walking past they started to shout things and I just carried on

    and dont be angry babeeee

  • freaking unjust hetero prefering society... -_-

  • your very smart ;]

  • You're a very articulate and intelligent young lad. I'm proud of you; and would be proud if you were my son. (I'm a 51 yr old bachelor, just fyi, btw.) It's rather unfortunate that there are still these societal double-standards. Best wishes always... ;-) ...ciao...

  • Your friend Ryan sounds really cool, you're lucky to have a friend like that. :D

  • i really enjoyed watching that and i completely agree with what you're saying. you speak eloquently (:

  • I would help you out man! I pretend to be straight to go after people like that to bring them too there knees.

  • Comment removed

  • thats really fucked up.

  • hope some1 realises it and takes it further! thats kinda racial against gays!

  • ohh this is heps cool but what is the SGA?

just so i can kknow if this makes sence?

  • student government association.

most high schools have it as a club.

  • I would raise some hell. COnfront him about it and make him face his ignorance and rub his nose in it! Please.

  • well im glad to see u can show us the bad days in ur life. u need to vent every once in a wail. and i, for one, dont mind hearing u do that. keep ur spirits up and remember u do have a lot of friends out here in the world that care

  • i totally just talked to my friend about this same kind of shit with the who gay vs. straight thing. dude, Carl, i don't know how you can stay so cool with this kind of stuff i would have totally lost my cool

  • Ohhh... it's soo unfair what's happening. And you're so right...

I hope you talked about that thing with these people and I'd like to know what they said and what happened... But you probably already said it somewhere...?

  • sometimes we have to put limits to shitness..I did! .. it was a clusterfuck, but i don't feel sorry looking back, I mean...how many shit can we take from averages Joes; it's a personal opinnion, of course :)

  • i feel sorry for you, those people are tight!!

  • you have no idea. i was elected SGA VP, which was strange because i skipped two grades so a 12 year old 9th grader was in my position, so everyone already disliked me, and then the president told me that i wasnt aloud to hang out with my group of friends which are mostly girls because "it would make the sga look faggy" I brought it up at the next meeting and she was put on "sga probation" A week later, she was removed for ditching.

I'm glad it worked itself out, but its still not ok.

  • WOW!!!

    u are awesome

and i totally agree with u its crap that people put others down and are rude to them just because of their sexualility or anything else and good job for standing up for what u beileve in :D

  • I had no idea this kind of stuff was going on, you're doing a great thing by raising awareness and voicing your opinion, keep up the good work and thankyou :)

  • totally agree im bisexual and like people treat me different now in sports and stuff than last year coz i came out this year totally not fair

  • Wow, you have a straight friend too! And similarly, they think he's gay solely for the fact that he's around me ALL the time... It's amazing that he doesn't care and my friend Matt sounds a lot like your friend Ryan... Matt would of said "tell them it's true!" also, lol.

  • Hello From England!

TOTALLY agree with you mate. Thankfully over here we have laws in place to stop that sort of thing happening

  • What a mature and deep thinking guy you are. I can only agree with you, that SGA guy was talking crap!...just continue to be who you are, and be happy. As said by many on here, you are simply gorgeous too.

  • I agree with you totally!! Keep up the great work, and videos. You are so cute and adorable!!

  • Dayyumm;D boy.

Why you wasting your time at a damn school like that?

If I came to your school this shit would never occur.

Someone says something smart to me, it's handled.

Boy, you fine as hell: MY LITTLE ZAC EFRON.

If things get hard, come to me boo:D.

  • What your SGA president said makes absolutely no sense. I sincerely hope it's not true because it's ridiculous. you being in a relationship with a guy does not make you a bad example or makes you less competent. Hope you tell us how it turned out.

  • don't take this the wrong way

but you remind me of zac efron..

;] haha just a litl bit.

  • He is way better looking then zac efron

  • yes he is :]

i just thought i'd point it out.

    something, idk, the eyes?

  • Darker hair is way sexier and more elegant, imo.

  • amen!

  • 1) I agree about talking rather than texting. :)

    2) I think it's awesome that you have such a great friend.

    3) It's inspiring to hear that you're willing to stand up for yourself because the points that you're making are completely valid and I really hope something gets done about it.

Hope you finished your homework! :) I'd like to hear about how this turn(ed/s) out, if it's possible. :)

  • yer there evo wankers thats how it is at mii school i ran for year president and i dident gt it cus im gay! pmsl

  • lol

  • SGA?

    straight gay alliance?

    at my school its called

    GSA lol

    gay-straight alliance haha

  • never miiind just read the info box lol

  • I ran for president in my SGA and I wrote an essay and stated my point, many new i was running, out of nowhere, i was dropped without informing me or anything. I asked they said that i didn't qualify. I have a 3.7 GPA, never been in trouble, and use to be president of another organization. Oh, and i'm openly Bi and the SGA people have seen me goof around with guys...they don't like btw...

  • I think thats a total double standard.

You should definitely challenge them about that if you haven't already.

    best wishes

  • nice eyebrows.

  • Actually, these kinds of clauses are very common. There are often prohibitions on interoffice or interorganizational relationships/romances/iasons, etc.

I believe you that your contract didn't say that, but he's not coming up with this out of whole cloth. It's common and a good idea really as to both straight and gay (the less office drama the better).

  • Its sad that your President would make that comment saying that it would make your student government look bad or that it was in a contract...I'm the President in my school's ASB (stands for associated student body...same thing as SGA)...and no where in any contract does it say you cant show affection in public...we've had people date each other within student government and with just other students...homosexual and heterosexual.

ASB/SGA is about representing the ENTIRE school

  • wow, totally unjust an unfair, you are right to make a point about this, im sorry if this is covered by a later video (im working in date order to present at minute) but i wanna know what happens with it if thats ok.

    richard x

  • u did the right thing. people need to be told they cant judge u or anyone else. keep it up sweetie!

  • its good that you did talk to him about it. The whole situation seems very unjust and I agree with you

  • rofl negative 17 on my comment below lmfao!! roflcopter

  • so you are gay? i dont know what you are talking about

  • That is completely unjust, and you are absolutely right. You are an amazing person for standing up for yourself, and I commend you.

  • People in this world are dumbasses. I'm glad your taking a stand and doing the right thing and showing them wrong.

  • I am sorry that you are being discriminated against. I think that it is great that you are able to be open about who you are. I am 26 and I had to pretend to be someone I wasnt when I was in high school. I think you are an upstanding person and I am sure you contribute a lot to your school. I hope you fight it, not only for yourself, but for future generations.

  • You're disgusting, not him. Go die in a hole.

  • you need to crawl out of your close minded cave.

  • get over it

  • That's disgraceful. I don't want to say any more on it because I'll end up going on a rant.

But I go to an all girls catholic school, and we have a formal/prom in our last year and we're not allowed to go with a girl. I'm pretty sure not even as friends, so you either go with a guy or you go by yourself, which makes no sense to me.

  • grow out your hair! :D

    <3

  • Woop! i love your attitude : D im soo like this at my school, i just bitch em out if they give me attitude about it <3

  • OMG total crap situation...

Keep us informed on how the SGA meeting went and what you said and how they reacted...

Personally I'd try and give them the benefit of the doubt a little - their opinions are tainted by parental attitudes and the attitudes of those around them....maybe if you push back a little (without being aggressive or overly confrontational) they may shift their perspective.......

Or maybe i'm just too much of an optimist...

Good luck! (and keep us informed)

  • FIght the power!

Gay people have to push for equality in all areas.

    Keep pushing!

  • and i dont think thats fair to judge people on their sexual preferences. so he is pretty much gettin shut down from everyone because he is homosexual. sorry about this post being so long, but i totally understand how your feeling just because of my friend here. i totally support you and everything you do. your awesome.

  • to do with the people at your school. Yes, i could see how it would affect them if you were out gettin high or something, but I dont see what it would have to do with them if you choose to have a relationship. ITS YOUR CHOICE, AND YOUR LIFE, do what you want. i'm sorry this really bothers me, because one of my good friends are gay, and he actually got kicked off the basketball team because of this, because people said that they didn't feel comfortable in the changing room with a gay guy...

  • I think that you should be treated the same as a heterosexual person, because its kind of rediculous that just because you aren't attracted to girls that you get treated differently. You're still a person, and a person that deserves very much respect just the same as everybody else. If you want to have a homosexual relationship, and you want to show your affection to your partner in the public then who are they to say you can't do that. You aren't in school, so what would your personal life have

  • even though they choose to give in to their temptation just like all of us do sometimes, we just happen to be tempted with different things. I personally choose to live my life for God so I try to do the right thing because I love God even though it hurts so much sometimes (John 15:9-17)

  • Regardless if you were showing affection to your partner outside the club, should effect you being a leader. Carl, 90% of my guy friends are straight. Only twice has it happened where people assumed that guy friend of mine was gay, and once where people thought we were together. It IS just a rumor. Like you, I wouldn't let it bother. But because it was said it would effect you in SGA, you have a right to voice your concern and thoughts.

  • maybe they think its wrong to be gay.....

  • Much respect for addressing the issue how it should be addressed.

I hope they actually listen to your case and make some changes.

  • even though it is a sin Leviticus18:22 hey i sin too,i am not trying to rub it on your face or anything like that. nobody's perfect, the point is they r making a big deal out of it not because of the homosexuality but becauseit is a LIE, if there is a rumor about someone being pregnant everyone is like oh my gosh blah bla and they make a HUGE DEAL about it but if they actually see someone pregnant and someone says something about it everyone thinks it's old news or they think who cares? big deal

  • actually 0saration0, it says also within that context, that you should kill a homosexaul. When was the last time you done that?

Yes, I know you had no intention to be rude, but the fact is those VERY lies and misguidance of scripture IS what causes one to kill themselves or become siverely depressed. Granted they most likely came to Carl because it was a homosexual activity. But regardless it shouldn't be a issue at all. That my friend is discrimination.

  • I am not saying in any way that discrimination is ok. God commands us to love one another, even our enemies(Luke 6:35) and it is not my place to pass judgment on others.(just clarifying) I am not discriminating in any way. I have gay friends and i love them .

  • Wow. What kinda school do you go to? Catholic school isn't even that bad!

  • your a pretty cool and cute gay guy Good for you you rock

  • showing people that its okay to be who you are. anywho..sorry for the rant. Let us know how that goes! (2/2)

  • you know. thats not even fair. Im not gay or anything, but i do feel for you. its just flat out ignorant, you can do whatever the hell you want. kissing someone in a public place isnt going to "impair your judgement" to be a school leader. It's not a bad example. If anything, i think it would be a good example. I'm willing to bet that there are people who are gay in your school. and im willing to bet that some of them are afraid to admit it. And if you kiss a partner in public, youre only (1/2)

  • You go Carl and you show them Wrong!

  • (keep going...)

Because when people come to know they are acting like ridiculous, as for supporting something clearly abominable as hate and discrimination - they may not change their minds --- BUT --- they'll think twice before coming to act such like that again. The lawsuit I took is still running, but the banner no longer stands there - as far as I was told.

Good vibes dude. Trust me, time will make justice to us and show equality to others. :)

Btw, with all respect, you're cute.

  • I understand how you feel. When I recently traveled to Saudi Arabia I saw at the capital Riyadh a particular banner in a club's entrance saying: "Gays are not welcome". Could keep myself quiet, but I had to talk to the manager. He didn't believe at first I was gay but when I confirmed it he asked me to leave. That country has no rules to gays, so I'm using the International Court of Justice to protest against this kind of action. That's what we all should do.

  • Comment removed

  • Hi Carl in my country the headmaster would be replaced.. Under our law NOONE is allowed to do what he did

  • Its insane what hell people will put you through for being gay. Its almost like its their goal to hurt you in any way possible. Just always keep it in your head that for every asshole out there that hurts you, theres another person out there who wants to bring a smile to your face. Your way cute by the way =]

  • Good for you Carl! I'm proud of you I agree it isn't fair, and until WE have equal rights under the law it will always be a problem. Bless you baby! Go for it!

  • Well done to you, fight for your rights cos others won't fight to get them for you.

Just one thing, leave your friend Ryan out of it, there's no use in facing down ignorance with lies cos when the lie is exposed the argument fails.

    Love from England

  • I'm working on a high school problem, my friend was forced to remove a tshirt promoting tolerance toward homosexuals. i have a vid about it, but i'm with you, i think your issue is something that should be discussed openly. I'm tired of people and their ridiculous logic.

  • Carl, if you feel your constitutional right has been violated ( freedom of association ) you should put up a fight. Yell "abuse !" from the rooftops. Greetings from across the Atlantic. Hang in there kiddo, you have guts !!

  • Hey man.. Hope all works out over this crap. I know what you are talking about, I came out in HS. The faculty/staff at my school had such a double standard for homosexual and hetrosexual relationships. The school allowed hand-holding, but when they saw me holding my BF's hand they told me to stop, and then when I went to prom I couldn't buy my bf's ticket with mine- we had to buy them individually. Wish you luck with this man!!

  • I heard a rumour you like to roll around in shit, piss & blood. I didn't believe it personally

  • SUCK...well thell them to get over themselves...and ryan is your accomplice in the "i kissed a girl" video...right?...oh yeah something i learned in high school...people are going to say/think what they want, and you just have to live you life with out there crap you dont need most of then to make it in life...so i wouldnt worry about it much unless it does mess with you vp-ness-ship...but how ever you progress in handling the situation good luck and i know you do your best...

  • Just know that it does get better. I'm the VP of my university's SGA (means I'm also the student body VP). I'm openly gay. Most everybody is quite okay with that. (They hate me for entirely different, political reasons, lol.)

There are definitely different standards applied to same-sex couples, though. I've noticed that sometimes my PDA is seen as more extreme than my straight peers - even if it's just holding hands!

    Good luck with everything, brother.

  • That is the way narrow minded people are. They have to stir up shit to cause someone to feel bad about themselves and their lives. I feel sorry for them, and I hate that you have to deal with idiots like this. It is especially sad that someone is SGA who should be above this isnt. sad. I am here for you. I could call down to New Orleans I have a freind who makes voodo dolls we could make one of this ass hole and you could stick him with pins.....its just a thought might make u feel better.

  • that sucks and its so unfair! tell us what you decided to do because i'm interested in how far this will go.

My friend's mom found out that I was going out w/ another girl and now my friend isn't even allowed to come to my house anymore! I just don't get it... Gay is not a contagious disease that is killing us all, so why worry about it?
