I'm italian and i dont get a fuck of what she is saying, Prima is made for opera, not Miku, but she remains my fav vocaloid and i can forgive her too

  • i'm italian, and i didn't get a single word .-. but is miku singing so i can forgive her <3

  • Nessun Dorma from Puccini's Turandot would be absolutely awesome for Miku, especially with all of the upper range usage. It could work her vibrato something awesome, too~:3

  • Tis is so beautiful!

I love her voice so much, and i honestly wish she could sing perfect Italian.

  • beautiful!

  • jajajajaj miku que linda

  • She should sing "Casta Diva" by Bellini!

  • All thats missing is people in petticoats clapping and saying, "BRAVO!"

  • Oh, My God...! Mozart wrote for "clocked tubby machines"...but whithout voices.

    Good work ,anyway.

  • waa! awesome!!

  • The greatest honor a composer can have is to be imitated.

  • He's more likely to be blowing chunks about the way his music is shoved down people's throats as "classy music" than about some japanese vocal synthesizer. Anyway, great job.

  • hahahaha cute

  • wow cool xD very funny, i love hatsune miku!

  • Amazing. 5 Stars.

  • perfect

  • good job ^^

  • The rendition is very good! Although I first heard it with Vocaloid Prima, Miku's version is good as ever!

  • Haha, I played the cello part of this song for a concert.... so... boring... @_____@

But hearing Miku sing this makes the song delightful~

  • agreed!

  • This music is not boring! But being a cellist who only plucks the bass notes (mind you because Mozart was imitating the guitar), must be boring if you don't enjoy the music.

This is funny XD I love it

  • No no, I agreed that he who said mozart is boring must die.

  • I don't think they meant mozart is boring...I think they meant the cello part...it does sound a tad boring to play even if it does sound good as a whole(I am a cellist myself)

  • Very well, I'm italian and I can say that xD She speak very well italian, good job!

  • soo cute

  • WOW!~ To an outsider's ear like mine, it sounds like a proper singer!

...can still recoignise that it's miku though :P

  • Vocaloid Prima's version sounds better (she's a soprano, after all), but this one is quite adorable too -^_^-. Making Miku sing in other languajes, and an aria, is hard.

    Really good job!

  • Thanks for responding! FIGARO was the first opera I performed in and so it has special memories for me. I know it's asking a lot, but would you consider doing Donna Elvira's "Mi Tradi" from DON GIOVANNI? I think that would "rock"!

  • I'm glad to hear that.

Thanks for your suggestion, that sounds like a very good idea! At present, I'm working on another pieces, but I'll consider that possibility.

  • Great job! I was just curious as to how you did the animation? Was that computer generated or some other technique? Thanks.

  • Thanks for your comment.

Yes, this is a computer generated 3D image.

    modeling: metasequoia

    bone setting: RokDeBone2

    rendering: celsview

  • I'm italian and I enjoy your work.. :)

    Tanks!

  • I didn't know mozart's works had lyrics.

  • It is from the opera, "The marriage of Figaro". Mozart did a lot of operatic music.

  • Oh yes they have.

  • I feel so very weird watching it....5star

  • sounds so nice and eerie :)

  • awesome!

  • excellent job

  • Very interesting. I wonder how you enter the lyrics into the software. Did you transliterate the lyrics into Japanese letters?

  • Yes, since Hatsune-Miku does not support English pronunciation, they have to enter the lyrics in Japanese.

"Fly Me to the Moon" sung by Miku was also created in the same way.

  • Thanks. I had a chance to enjoy a period-limited trial version of Miku and found the software could deal with the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) to some extent. But since Miku's database had only Japanese pronouciations and many IPA letters' sounds didn't exist in Japanese, the notes I put such kind of letters were simply ignored. Well, I know I was a bit too wishful. :)

  • WTF!?

  • Wow...I'm speechless.
