sweet I just got the message today and I want to start sending my material. However, my webcamera and my mic are a little mediocre and I feel it will hinder others from watching my videos. In addition to that Ive been singing a 'capella the entire time so i fear the quality of my singing compared to others will have me overlooked. Even though these are my concerns I still want to participate and send in all that i have and make it my best :)

@malyPista1 hey man. i understand your situation. the best advice i can give is to find other people playing guitar/doing vocal covers of the songs you cover. post your video as a video response. then invite them as a friend and subscribe. people like to be subscribed to and they usually subscribe/friend back! i checked out your covers and they're pretty good! keep posting! AND DON'T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE! =P

Not everyone we come across will be featured, but I what I want to create here is the spirit of networking! I hope people can share someone else whose music touches them without asking back for a sub. You need to give before you get.

Instead we favorite the videos, they are available to be seen, you keep the views. We promote your channel via videos we upload and post your avatar on our channel for users to visit. What's in it for us? We hopefully become a partner, use the funds to start an independent record label and get to sign our youtube favorites! Always giving back!

@codyjr73 We won't be uploading other users videos, at least not with audio. The most we will upload is 5-10 seconds of a users video for a more visually entertaining video when we announce who is featured. That is only if the users desires us to do so, but if they so decide to let us do that they would have to accept the terms and conditions of SMtalentnetwork.... In short, they can't sue us for using their video in any way we please or profiting from that clip. Our goal is become a Partner.

The problem with uploading other people videos is we are not in control of their content and when you become a partner you have to follow content guidelines. I'd prefer to avoid the whole situation and just give users as much exposure as possible through other means. For example, having a users video play on our channel from our favorites list... Anyway, I hope that gives you insight.

You don't have to be a master of your craft to be featured, we just want to see that you're serious about progression. I might add that those who are ready to be featured right now are going to be missing out on a MAJOR amount exposure a year from now when things are really in motion. @Ortizsensei There is nothing random about our selection process, we review the videos on a users channel and if they are consistently awesome and entertaining we may decide to feature that user. That won't start however for a few months while we notify anyone who looks like they might be interested in our program. So, if received a message it was only a notification of our program and acknowledgment that your channel could potentially be featured in one of our five categories.
