@paul7375 i thought that beating someone up with ease is a great way of defending yourself, but i dont think you can beat someone up with this particular time consuming bull...chances are it will be the oppossite, stick to something more practical like kicks especially low kicks, elbows, knees and punches, the strikes to the head should be directed to the bridge of the nose, the eyes, the throat, chin joints, the temple, the back of the head...kill the switch and the power goes out in the whole house ;)
@dpapaioannow ive trained in various arts, never to a high standard but just took a few things from each style that i could put together incase i ever had to defend myself or my family,in my personal opinion JKD is probably the best i tried because it didnt concentrate on set moves...more realistic solutions to difficult situations,if i were to ever come up against aikido i would put my arms behind me....that would confuse some1 trained to grab your wrists and fingers wouldnt it
@paul7375 thats probably the most retarded strategy ive ever heard, just because you would be fighting a aikido practitioner dosnt mean common sence wouldnt take place to just crack you in the face with your hands behind your back....lol
@SushiSkatesOki if you want to stop violence you need to learn how it works and use its on means to counter it with the most effective way possible(less time, direct, less is more),peace sometimes means a matter of survival, you think the nazis lost by jedi mind tricks?...i wish they were...what are you going to do?turn invisible?no...your self preservation instict will kick in and you will stand your ground,if you cant to do that because you have allready lost psychologically i suggest running
it's kind of off for a nikkyo, 1st off all twist the grabbing hand til his knuckles is facing the nage's chest, the uke will be in a twisted arm position, if the uke continues to come forward, it wil make the elbow form a 90 degree angle, if not, using the nage's left hand to pull the elbow towards him making the whole arm into a letter S position from the wrist, elbow and upper arm. then finally just press down on the elbow, and lean your body forward a little to add more pain...
Great for fitness the dude couldn't have moved less than he did!!

Is this meant to like intimidate somebody who picks a fight with you or what?
Doesn't seem to practical, given all the more painful things you could do...

Poorly exectuted. Wouldn't work on someone who is strong or resisting. Nikkyo is a great technique but has to be done right. And that wasn't right.
