  • I'm confused. Doesn't fat play the smallest role in blood sugar levels, and carbs the highest? So it's ok to eat lots of starchy carbs if you're trying to get candida under control?

  • Dr Oz? Pfft! Why's Oprah still a heffa?

  • @babymalai You're saying that a Snickers bar, processed sugars/chemicals = fruit. What a bunch of illogical hogwash. You are throwing the baby out with the bathwater. People crave processed crap and sugars BECAUSE they aren't getting enough fruit. Geez..

  • I know A LOT of people need to hear the first 3 minutes of this video.

  • Freelea and DR are crooks praying on ignorance to live a life of luxury.

    I've seen this before: the good cop,bad cop couple.

    They accept donations from dying people and then spend the money on traveling and $70 smoothies!

    SPREAD THE MESSAGE OF THEIR CORRUPTION!!!

  • @Guesticle

    70 dollars for a smoothie? Not even cacao is that expensive!

  • Great Video, Spot on with Candida and Breakfast :0)

  • On the candida issue, ive developed a candida problem over many years but i was raised on a low fat diet and ive always eaten very little fat so i'm wondering how ive got this problem...also why is eating starchy food like cooked grains a bad thing?...surely carbs are carbs arent they??

  • @babymalai lol ya.. how could sugar in fruit be a "lie". It comes from a fuckin plant that is perfectly digestible for humans. What a dumbass lmao.

  • You mean refined sugar.

  • great clip TY

  • @babymalai FRUIT IS YOUR FRIEND. its time to end your anorexia. :)

  • You need to get a medical degree, that way you will be able to see through frauds , sheisters and hucksters like "Dr." Douglas Graham.

    People, Drs. Oz and Roizen discredit everything "Dr." Graham has to say. They are REAL doctors from well respected world renowned medical organizations.

  • @SexyJane28 Are you kidding? Most medical doctors don't know much about nutrition at all. Stop your b.s about dr. graham. How is he a fraud and huckster? He doesn't sell anything but books and answers people's questions for free everyday on his website.

  • @SexyJane28 put up a video of yourself and your bloodtests.

  • @SexyJane28

    Dr. Oz is a sell out. I watched him pretend to get the H1N1 vaccine on television encouraging his audience to also get one. Come to find out he owns stock. I also watched an interview of him on Larry King stating his wife and children would not get the vaccine. If you think the vaccine is a good idea, I encourage you to watch the 60 minute interview from the 70's when they tried to push it back then.

  • @angelbe88 Yeah, It's hard to be on TV without selling out. When the Dr. Oz show was first on, he said the best way to eat was fruit and veggies (sound familiar?). Then he stopped.

  • @SexyJane28 Health and diet isn't about "Medical". It's about chemistry, nutrition and physiology.

    A doctor is someone who's obtained a doctorate-level degree. Doug's not trying to impress people. If so, he'd just take off his shirt.

    * Physician, a medical doctor

    * Dentist, a dental doctor

    * Veterinarian, a veterinary doctor

    * Podiatrist, a podiatric doctor

    * Chiropractor, a chiropractic doctor - - - - - - - Doug

    * Physiotherapist, Physiotherapy Doctor

  • @SexyJane28 What is a real Doctor? This is the real world, people don't disagree with each other or discredit each other.The death industry is big business, you don't think the pharmaceutical companies are actually interested in getting people better do you?Cadbury Schweppes funding a American Diabetes Association study, bloody wake up.

  • Hey, I have given up meat/fish/eggs/dairy/nuts/seeds to help me improve my health. I developed crystals in my knees after eating an High protein diet, low carb. I love Barley grass!

  • Matt just posted a video talking about his "raw vegan peanut butter and jelly sandwich" ... Monarch needs to put the dehydrator away

  • when you mention "putting on weight -skipping b-fast--- "

    ...having lost a lot of weight thru injury / subsequent illness I'm really wanting my weight up /strength up etc ..

    I realize your joking in the vid though I am looking for real ideas to increase weight -appreciated.

  • @VonLeachim read 80/10/10 and start the day with a big breakfast. Muscle needs even more glycogen, so lets be sure we put enough in each day so we have enough muscle for our lifestyle. Breakfast is the choice of champions.

  • @durianriders -nicely done. reading now .. appreciated .

  • @durianriders it's working m8 ..

  • many a wise word.

  • that ardia clarity stuff is what i mentioned in your MM impersonation video. as a raw food noob i can see how easy it is to get really caught up in the energy of this way of life especially of those who are very charismatic. its always a good idea to take a step back and take in the whole picture, get more informed, before making a decision about a particular product or purchase. this is a lifestyle that in the end.. should be 100% free. that is what we are working toward.

  • Although this diet may work for him and many others he has not been on this diet long enough to be able to promote it with such certainty. Harley can't know for sure because there is no documented culture that has followed this type of diet. Observing long lived, isolated cultures logically provides more accurate information on diets that continued to produce healthy generations than following a few people pursuing high fruit-fitness. To me anyway

  • @ChasinTranes your right, many long lived cultures ate other humans..does that mean we should eat other humans?

    ALL long lived cultures had war, rape, heirachy, poverty etc..does that mean we should continue these 'traditions'? :)

  • what do you think about combining fruit and greens in smoothies for bfast. Do you mix your fruit and greens, as long as there is no fat? Where I live in New England, greens are more abundant than fruit, except for berries, and I love to mix berries and greens in the blender (I also throw in a frozen banana).

  • @Pidirects Greens combine with any fruit. What you have to worry about as far as combining are the different types of fruit. There's acid, sub-acid, non-acid, and fatty fruit. Best to only combile fruits from the same category except for acid fruit and fatty fruit which combine well together.

  • great video!!

  • Harley is the man!

  • cool
