yeah, sound's great. but i think it would be even greater if you would try to mix the bass with snare - sound more. maybe it sounds like played by morge than one person. :>
Just as a Spanish guitar is still a Spanish guitar no matter what country it's played in or what type of music it's play in, so also the Peruvian Cajon is still a Peruvian Cajon no matter what style of music it's played in or what country.
Nice job mate, the cajon is peruvian and it doesn't matter if you learn the technique from a peruvian or spanish.. learning the way is played in their music is a different story but the actual technique is the same..
Not bad. Your hands should be a bit more loose to play the cajon to get the chasquido this cajon should have. Get someone to show you a bit of the technique, although here there are a bunch of videos with some flamenco players that have excellent technique on how to play the flamenco cajon. There are also great cajon players from Peru but for that you need a Peruvian Cajon. Beatifull bass on those cajones. Keep playing, you are dooing good.
Agreed - let your hands relax, and let your fingers spread out just a bit. Spreading the fingers and then "closing" them gives you a much broader range of sounds...
ZEBRANO IST THE BEST!!!
