Liked the Video. He is honest and clear. I am replacing Maximizer and looking for something to run on an ipad. Does Zoho compare to level of Maximizer?
Zoho CRM is a good product for SMBs for pipeline and sales but there is one major shortcoming: while Zoho CRM has case management module if you are looking for an actual ticket management system you must purchase a separate product (ZohoSupport) that while can be integrated with ZohoCRM...otherwise great for SMBs that don't want/need the heavy pricing of salesforce or MSF
Great video - you hit the nail on the head with your Zoho CRM review. Weve been using it for over a year now, and luckily still have no major gripes. Its also hard to criticize based on their pricing. Down the road though, I see things like the missing IMAP client (many Zoho users are also Google Apps users), limited outbound email amounts, no drip mail, and concerns with connecting specifics within data sets to be a major concern. Hopefully by then, Zoho will have these things figured out.
You might want to keep an eye on VTiger CRM, and Surgar CRM (Open Source) Both have 3rd parties working on it. Apparently Quickbooks doesn't play well with others.

Great review. You mentioned that Zoho doesn't support DRIP Marketing. Is there are CRM you like for that?

Great video - Does anyone know if there have been any updates such as zoho docs integration since the video was produced?

Is there some other types of Crm's or even combination's that would integrate well with with the "almighty" Quickbooks at a frugal penny?

Excellent.... Confirmed many things that I thought about Zoho... Nice, but not quite everything one might need in a CRM service.
