@letsgocaps8 actually there were many explosions even for hours after the towers were all down. you can also spot windows popping out several floors below the mushroom cloud of the top of the buildings as they each collapse. those windows popping are the errors in the fast wiring they did to hook up all those explosives during the weeks leading to 9/11.

The jet fuel wasn't hot enough to melt the beams, but it was confirmed to be hot enough to have the steel change phases into a much weaker form. The beams didn't need to melt, they just needed to become weak enough to cause a collapse.

Katrina is not a place, it was a storm. New Orleans is a place, Biloxi is a place, Lake Charles is a place. The storm which affected these places was called "Katrina". The US didn't "make that place a place to live" cities like New Orleans and Biloxi were founded by the French and Spanish long before the United States existed as a nation. The reason why New Orleans is located as such is due to the fact that it built around a river which flows through most of the US interior.

@letsgocaps8 actually there were many explosions even for hours after the towers were all down. you can also spot windows popping out several floors below the mushroom cloud of the top of the buildings as they each collapse. those windows popping are the errors in the fast wiring they did to hook up all those explosives during the weeks leading to 9/11.

The jet fuel wasn't hot enough to melt the beams, but it was confirmed to be hot enough to have the steel change phases into a much weaker form. The beams didn't need to melt, they just needed to become weak enough to cause a collapse.

Katrina is not a place, it was a storm. New Orleans is a place, Biloxi is a place, Lake Charles is a place. The storm which affected these places was called "Katrina". The US didn't "make that place a place to live" cities like New Orleans and Biloxi were founded by the French and Spanish long before the United States existed as a nation. The reason why New Orleans is located as such is due to the fact that it built around a river which flows through most of the US interior.

I do not advocate having a socialist system, where everyone gets the same amount of money, no matter what they do. As you said this kills innovation and rewards laziness. So you need a little ineequalety as motivation.

@tllwebb4 Of course our system is not perfect and of course there are people who profit from our system who don't deserve it. But that doesn't mean it's better to just leave everybody to themselves. And if you look at our crime rates you will see that they are significantly lower than those of the US. Not low enough that's for sure but how can you seriously favour a system privileges a small minority of rich people and gives disadvantages to everybody else and that results in poverty and crime?

@tllwebb4 See if somebody works his butt off his hole life and contributes to society but he doesn't have a well paid job and is not able to put a lot of money on the side. And this person gets sick or injured and can't work any more, are we supposed to let him die on the street? Because I think he deserves to be helped. In America you would just let him die if he has no family to support him. And if he had one they might be sucked into poverty.

@tllwebb4 That is not robbery, that is society. See some people believe that you should care for your fellow citizens and not only yourself. And a lot of people come into bad situations that might very well ruin there complete lives if nobody helps them. That's why we have medical care and social security. Are there people who take advantage of this? Of course. Still it helps a lot of people who deserve it.

The majority of the N.O. police force is black.. many of the officers that were involved in these shootings were black... Stop trying to comment on things you know nothing about, especially when they involve my city. This was a crazy time, how do you know how you would react if you were there? No excuse for killing an unarmed man, but this was an awful time and the police were funtioning on no sleep and no food for days at a time, of course their judgement was off.

@tllwebb4 If I get sick, I get medical care. I'm a student and I am not rich so getting a severe sickness would probably fuck up my complete life if I lived in the US. But you of course prefer a system where only the rich can afford medicine and everyone else can just die...but that only makes sense since you seem to hate everyone from a poor social background. And no I am not poor but I prefer when everyone can get the medicine they need, not just emergency treatment after hours of waiting.
