This is something a lot of people that i know have started using, i don't personally use it like i mentioned in the video.

I know this is a old vid but just to inform ya if you didn't know this tatic can be preformed from any defense. I use the dolphins and run their 2-3-6. I blitz the two LB's on the outside and shake them. They penetrate the O-line without flaws. Thanks again for the tips.
