  • How does Southwest Airlines stand on environmental issues and the recent environmental damage from building this airport the lack of proper silt control January 2010 New NW Florida Airport construction Storm Water Run Off?

St. Andrew Bay Resourse Management Association has some important local findings from this storm water run off damage.

Is this a sign of the future relationship to the Environment Protection Agency, Local contractors, Southwest Airlines and Bay County area? Thanks

  • @wuznormal When we begin operations at Panama City Beach (ECP), we will do so under the strict requirements of a permit with the State of Florida for stormwater discharge. We will adhere to all permit operational requirements, including specific best management practices for airlines, just as we do at all other airports where SWA operates. We have an excellent record of stormwater compliance and expect that to continue with our ECP operations.

  • Do you guys have service to Palm springs intl because i live in Palm Springs and i never see southwest planes

  • We fly to West Palm Beach International... is that the same thing?

  • @MeganYLaz West Palm Beach Intl. is in West Palm Beach, FL. Palm Springs Intl. is in Palm Springs, CA. I've been to both airports. :)

  • No they don't. :( I just flew into Palm Springs last week.
