  • Ciao, grazie per questa bellissima spiegazione ...Non vorrei essere troppo precisa, ma ho l'impressione che tra il video part 1 ed il video part 2, manchino tutte le ripiegature necessarie per la preparazione della pasta sfoglia. La cosa piu` difficile e` proprio ripiegare la pasta, io non ho ancora capito come fare. Potreste spiegarmi per favore dove trovare il video dove Lei spiega sta cosa? grazie mille, e complimenti per il vostri bei video. =[)

  • something seems to be missing between part 1 and part 2. He rolls out the dough with the butter inside and then the video ends...part 2 starts with him taking it out of the fridge...what happened in-between?
