We as Christians should do what we can for those who do not believe and realize that even God cannot save everyone so how could we possibly hold ourself accountable for doing so. We need to do what we can, let God do the rest. You will not read anywhere in the Bible of Jesus arguing with a non believer, he knows whose heart is open and works in and of that.
@ttosh001 I think that you are very wrong in your thinking that God does not have the power to save everyone. It is sad that you are limiting the power of such a creator God. How is he able to create a world from nothing but not able to save all people. I do however agree with youthat arguing with non-believers will get us nowhere. Once we start arguing we are hardening the others hearts to what God has to say we have to approach non-believers wih a servant heart.

I never doubted the power of God, just stating by the belief that one must have faith in Christ and that he died on the cross for our sins not everyone will be or has been saved. Not that God does not have the power, but God is just and true to the word. With this being the case we have choice and that choice will lead some down a different path to which God will not intervene. Hope that makes more sense.

I hate the way Christians are portrayed in the media and the secular world as oppressive people who stand up for one another's criticism. I used to be an Atheist. @SpcMedia21. I think I catch your drift but I don't agree with you. If he has passion for music, that is not bad. It is whether his ambitions are focused and dedicated to God. You cant tell a preacher not to be passionate about preaching, that's an oxymoron. Neither could you tell a musician not to be passionate about music, its just not right. If he has passion for music because of his relationship with Christ, and uses his music to glorify God, then that passion is awesome in God's eyes.

im a christian and all i can say is religions are bullshit. Belive in god and jesus if you think you need that. But the solution to your problems wont come from them, you need to find them for yourself and and then you will succed. Religions are ways, not goals. Dont try to spread the word of the lord to make people "better", god wont make us better. You will become better, if you help other finds their way to hapiness. Help others help others, thats peace.

@SpcMedia21. I think I catch your drift but I don't agree with you. If he has passion for music, that is not bad. It is whether his ambitions are focused and dedicated to God. You cant tell a preacher not to be passionate about preaching, that's an oxymoron. Neither could you tell a musician not to be passionate about music, its just not right. If he has passion for music because of his relationship with Christ, and uses his music to glorify God, then that passion is awesome in God's eyes.

I agree that we need to speak truth and stand up for our faith. And I'm not saying that we should avoid arguing just so we don't hurt someone's feelings. We should definitely stand up for our faith when it's attacked. I'm just saying that the "You're wrong" approach shouldn't be our main means of witnessing.

I'm not religious at all, but I stumbled upon this song and I am impressed with it sonically. I have respect for any musician who can utilize alternate tunings, and DADGAD tuned down 1/2 step is brilliant. Fun stuff.

Instead of spending all our time trying to prove to non-believers that they're wrong and we're right, we as Christians, should show them the love that Christ showed us. And through that love, they'll see Christ at work in our lives, which is a far better way to witness than the I'm right you're wrong approach. Jesus is very attractive to most non believers. 48
