  • Hey Nikki, is it normal to feel your barbell though you skin when you first get it?

  • I pierced mine with a safety pin today, and I will have swimming lessons, ( I LEFT THE SAFETY PIN IN) and I used the safety pin as jewelry . Can I change it like on the 4th month or 5th?

  • Hey Nikki (:

If go swimming in the sea and not in a swimming pool is it fine?

  • @CookieBitchii you still need to clean it afterwards! especially if its a new piercing. the sea is full of bacterial and animal poop lol

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 Okay , nice (: lol

I'ma have swimming lessons soon :L I clean it right away?? when I get out?

  • @soccerbabe1719 dont rely on utube they arent doctors. U need to go to the doctors asap before u have to get rid of it..its def an infection. Evn if you try gettng rid of it urslf u may not b successful the doc can giv u antibiotic pills and an ointment

  • So i got my belly button pierced like 2 months ago & its red & has like this red yellow stuff on the bottom part that wont go away what should I do?

  • @soccerbabe1719 i would say go to the doctors. it sounds like an infection

  • hey nikki please answer this!ok so i got mine done yest the 2nd time i slept on my side and on my back it hurt kinda. so this morning i woke up and i saw blood crusted around it and i notice when i move it it bleeds. the first time i got it done it did not bleed but this time it did. i tried doing the suction cup w/sea salt and it removed the crust but it still bleeds. so most importantly, how do i make the bleeding stop/how do i prevent it from bleeding and is the dial gold anitbac soap ok?

  • @rayraylala100 bleeding is totally normal. just clean it regularly with your antibacterial soap and sea salt soaks twice a day.

  • Is it good to cover it with a bandaid al the time

  • @MsPakCan no, only if youre going swimming.

  • Today i had yellow pus coming out should i wait it out or what

  • hey i have white pus comming out is that normal

  • @212010kiki clearish white is normal. thick white discharge is not

  • question. did it hurt when they put the ring through after you got it pierced?

  • @imarichanel1 they feed the jewelry through while the needle goes through. its all done within 5 seconds

  • ur amazing thanks!!!!!!!!!

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 thanks

  • I'll get it tomorrow. But i have swimming lessons on April. Will it be fine?

  • @ksntiago14 just take very good care of it until then. dont slack on cleaning. 2 times a day!!!

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 Okay thanksss! :)

  • i got mine done saturday 2-11-12 when can i change it

  • @212010kiki like i said in the video ..... 4-6 months.

  • I saw ur industrial piercing video and omg wrent you afraid to get piercings for the rest of ur life after that? My piercings are doing well but i stil go blood tests to c if there may b any disease. You said they sterlized it did they open the materials infront of u? My piercer did so cud ther b anythng wrong? Am i jus paranoid? Im sorry u had to go thru that trauma

  • Also i clean it twice a day and thrice..is that ok or should i be doing it 3 times instead

  • Which jewellery is good to wear so it doesnt iritate or turn black around..i would think solid gold or sterling silver? Also u said 4 to 6 months. Can i change it after 4 months? My belly is healing great with no irritation n its been only a week. Thank yewww

  • thank you o much! you've helped me so sososososo much!!!!! iv looked at so many belly button information things but havn't managed to find what i was looking for, so thankyou and now i know i should wait until november until i should get it done <3 love the piercing btw!

  • @butterfly13382 youre welcome! and even September or october would be fine to get it :)

  • Comment removed

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 okay :) but uhmm how much did it cost to get yours done ? and what shops can i get like the 2 dollar ones, like in your other video ?

  • @butterfly13382 mine was 25 for the piercing and 25 for the jewelry plus a 10 dollar tip so 60 total. and i get most of my belly rings from Walmart. make sure you get pierced with jewelry you LIKE because you CANT change it for 4-6 MONTHS!!!

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 oh yeah, but i wont need any tips though because you've told me everything right ? and do you mean 25 dollars for all your jewelery all together ?

  • Thank you so much for answering my questions. :D Stay sexy!

  • Haha sorry my message got cut off for some reason. I meant to say, I would really appreciate your input. Thanks a lot.

  • I just finished cleaning my piercing not too long ago and used your video as a guide. You're awesome and you have a very fit stomach. Kudos!

I have a question for you though. Do you suggest when I pat my stomach dry that I use a newly washed towel each time, use paper towel or just use the towel I use to dry my whole body?

And how long after were you personally able to return back to the gym? I do intense cardio and sweat like crazy so I'm a bit concerned about that.

    I would really appreci

  • @21ssonia i personally just used a very thick durable paper towel to lightly pat dry... but a towel will work too-- just be carefl that the strings/fibers dont get caught and tug at your piercing. you can work out as soon as its comfortable for you! just rinse off ASAP with cool water to get sweat and dirt out of there :)

  • so what if u go to a private hot tub thats cleaned and stuff? can u still get in?

  • @caitiekins17 there is still LOTS of bacteria floating around. i would wait awhile OR get a large waterproof bandage to cover your entire belly button area before you go in.

  • so, im getting my bellybutton pierced this saturday... im a bit nervous, but im sure its worth it. this video gave me lots of advice. but, any more? Dx

  • @UseThoseChords don't be nervous! you will love it, i promise!

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 awh! thanks! (:

  • How much do you clean it after the 4-6 months?

  • @JustAnotherRebelX well i still clean it in the shower of course, and whenever i change it i make sure the jewelry is clean.

  • @kinkinikki4 :) nah you are beautiful. I watch your videos all the time haha xD i also have my belly button pierced. I got my tragus and tongue done recently too. My names dolly, by the way :D

  • @kinkinikki4 youre so pretty :) abd you have a rockin body!

  • @finallytherenowgod aw haha thanks, i wish!!

  • I'm thinking about getting my belly button pierced next week for my 18th birthday and I also might start tanning. Is it bad to tan in a tanning bed when your belly button piercing is still new? If Nikki or anyone else can answer this for me that would be great!

  • @lexarachh my piercer told me i could tan and workout as soon as i was comfortable doing so, just make sure you go home and rinse the sweat and oils out of your fresh piercing!

  • Awesome! Thank you do much! :)

  • Thanks! Also, I like to work out (ab crunches and what not) when is it safe to start doing those again? Should I wait until its completely healed?

  • @crazytay02 they told me you can workout as soon as it's comfortable for you to do it. just make sure you rinse off your sweat when you're done so it doesn't dry up in your new piercing!

  • Hi I just or mine done two days ago, and so far it's healing nicely. But it's still sore. It has not bled except immediately after piercing, there is no pus, swelling or redness, however it does get a little red after cleaning, but I think it's just from irritating it. Anyway, im wondering how long the soreness lasts. It hurts to bend over or slouch or even move really quickly and it's crazy annoying! Thanks

  • @crazytay02 usually in about 3-5 days then you won't even notice it anymore

  • Well i apply polysporin so that kind of moisturizes it..is it ok to use aveeno or something

  • @MsPakCan you don't need to moisturize it. your natural skins oils will moisturize it. lotions will get unnatural dyes and oils in there. which isn't good.

  • It does say it is for that but i use a little seems fine...after showering my belly piercing started to bleed a little not alot jus a little..is that normal? It also seems a bit dry around the area n little bit of peeling around the skin and a bit swollen. It doesnt hurt but just wanted to know if its fine? Is it fine if i clean 2x a day nt3 I also use hydrogen peroxide cuz i feel it relieves it a bit better..sorry for bothering you with so many questions i just feel you know better than others.

  • @MsPakCan do NOT use hydrogen peroxide... that will make your piercing extremely dry, irritated, and possibly bleed. it also slows down healing! no wonder its dry and peeling. do your sea salt soaks before you shower so you can rinse off any excess salt as well, as leaving salt on your belly will dry it out as well

  • Thank you, this video makes me feel better. I just got my belly button pierced like, 5 days ago and it doesn't hurt or anything.. It's just a tiny bit swollen on the top. I have a little bit of puss, but is it normal to have some crusties? Like, it looks like a mini scab on the top one. Is it too dry?

  • @xxCrazyKenxx crusties means it's healing! :) just don't pick at the "scab"... it's most likely your white blood cells clustering and healing around the "wound" (aka your fresh puncture hole!). just clean normally and all will be fine

  • Ok could you answer my previous questions as well below jennitas comments..

  • @Jennita ..the girl knows clearly what shes talkng about if u thinkso otherwise than follow ur own ideas. y point fingers or watch others instructions? Different places tell you different things some clean 5 times a day.

  • @MsPakCan yes, thank you. many studios will tell people different things. but i trust my piercing studio who i've gone to for 6 years and 12 piercings, and clearly this cleaning technique worked for me seeing as my belly button piercing healed perfectly! :)

  • thats a lie! your supposed to only clean it once a day and use sea salt at night

  • Im using polysporin after cleaning it as well to prevent infection

  • @MsPakCan cleaning it with sea salt will prevent infection as well

  • Also i got my piercings done yday and my belly one seems to be fine no pain etc. But my cartilage is very sore and has a lil bit of blood wen im cleaning it..is that normal or what

  • @MsPakCan cartilage piercings take up to a YEAR to heal so you will probably have blood, swelling, pus, and crust for quite some time. it took mine 8 months to heal. just clean and you will be fine! take advil if the pain or swelling gets too bad.

  • I bought this anti bacterial medicated soap called tersaseptic says cleaner and shampoo ..says gentle soap free oil free..clear etc..but in ingredients it says fragrance #6218-1 n active ingredient it says triclosan 0.5..anyhow is this fine to use or not on the piercing?

  • @MsPakCan isn't teraseptic for acne? i wouldn't use that on a piercing... it might have really harsh ingrediants

  • DO you only have to use the soap once a day while showering or also clean that 2 to 3 times a day? Or just the sea salt 2 to 3 times?

  • @MsPakCan soap once in shower a day, sea salt soak 1 or 2 times day

  • Thanks for your video! very helpful! I just have one question. how did you clean when you just got it done? i just got mine done and i have trouble cleaning the belly hole. i cant see it so i just cant clean very well the part in the hole. im just afraid soap may stay in there because i cant wash it all away and i may have infections. I dont wanna touch the button so i dont know how to keep it clean

  • @linhtran411 just let the soap in the shower run over it and just stand under the water and let it run and rinse clean. you wont even need to touch it!

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 what about cleaning before going to bed? i always shower in the morning though.

  • you actually know what you're talking about! ahahha I'm sick of seeing girls with 1 piercing spewing absolute shit out of their mouths. but my piercer said 6weeks - 6 months depending on how well its doing.

  • @SayHiToGabby aw thanks!

  • thanks for the video girl! by the way, gorgeous stomach and bellybutton :]

  • Oh and also..after its completely healed..the 6 months time..you can basically do anything right? As in use scented soaps..lotions..not have to specially clean or worry about swimming saliva etc?

  • @MsPakCan yes exactly! :)

  • Your video was quite helpful. I was wondering you can still wax around the area obviosly not directly on it?

  • @MsPakCan hmmm good question.. i would be VERY cautious if you are to wax, just in case it rips out. you will probably want to stay kind of far away from the belly button ring while waxing

  • i changed my belly button ring two weeks after i got it it didnt hurt but i changed it bc i didnt like the ring lol

  • boobs

  • @alex199854 wish i had some.

  • I want to get my belly button pierced but i'm wondering can you change it like a month or two after you got it? or do you have to wait the full year..

    please respond

  • @xxXGlambicious07Xxx you have to wait at least 4 months. they take 6 months to heal, not a year.

  • i thought it was 4 to 6 weeks?

  • @lovestodanceDEDE noooooo. usually 6 months.

  • I've had mine for 16 days and its ok... i want to change it soo much :( but i cant right now anyways thanks kinkinikki4 u are so sweat :)

  • @mirna6631 belly buttons heal from the outside in, so even though it might look ok, its still broken and bleeding on the inside. give it a few months!

  • can u get the bumps on your belly button piercing ?????

  • @divagril1995 yep... i did. tea tree oil will fix it!

  • I've had mine for 9 days and I play wit it all the time I lay on my stomach and only clean it when I take showers and the piercer says it looks like its almost completely healed, oh yea and I don't drink a lot of water. But I drink it just not a lot but this video did help... Thanks Nikki

  • Hi, so it would be great if someone can help me answer this question! I got my belly pierced 3 days ago. And I cant tell if its infected on healing. how can you tell the difference?

  • @TheCountrygirlxo1 infected: green, yellow, or thick white pus and discharge, lots of blood, lots of pain... healing: clear pus, crusties, itching, slight redness.

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 thank you! I've been a little freaked about how it looks. If there's a small bump, is that mean infected?

  • @TheCountrygirlxo1 there can be yellow or/and greerge during healing too, my piercer said.

  • @Yuuki1805 thanks for the information!

  • Oh yea and I'm 13 now. And is there something I should use to clean it right now I use ear care antiseptic but I have to heat it up cuz the piercer said u don't clean stuff in cold water lol. Did Iyour piercer use a clamp, mine didn't he never does for anything

  • I got mine on Friday and its doing good but it still has the marker on it, I play with it all the time, sleep on my stomach and it's good I dropped a math book on it a few times lol and it wasn't fun

  • You have a very nice belly and belly button.

  • 0:18 that's what she said :)

  • @whitesboro05 ahaha <3

  • Thanks I did and it's a lot better :)

  • @Mrsarah9013 good! :)

  • Dial soap is anti bacterial.. So why can't we use that?

  • @lolabeautyx most Dial soap has colors, scents, "beads" floating around, etc... you need a totally non colored non scented non NOTHING antibacterial. if dial makes that then go ahead. but most people just pick up the prettiest bottle of Dial they can find just because it says "antibacterial" on the front.

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 ohhh yeah no i got mine done and at the piercing shop they gave me an antibacterial soap bar but its just plain. thanks for your help thouigh im doing the salt and water thing and my piercing looks so muhc better!

  • I just got my belly button pierced today and it's bleeding what should I do ????

  • @Mrsarah9013 clean it.

  • You have a nice figure. You will be hot when you grow up! :)

  • @ramsarupbhai well i'm practically 23....... how old do i need to be before im "grown up" lol?

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 haha... sorry for that swwetie.. you are alraedy hot.. but you look so young.. :)

  • You have a phenomenal body.

  • @Navyfoots thank you!

  • Hey I'm getting my belly button pierced on tuesday. I was wondering where can I get that soap if my piercier doesn't have it.

  • @karawood8 any antibacterial soap will work. i dont know where else they sell Provon

  • Hi what do you think is the minimum age you should get it pierced?? Xx

  • @xhuskieloverx 15 is a good age

  • Do a boyfriend tag!!

  • Where did you get your top?

  • @keepUSAgreen victorias secret.... swim suit :)

  • omfg!!! where were yu when i first got mine? Its been idk how many months but now i have a lil weird bump on the top ball! When i clean it...it deflates but when i wake up in the mornin the lil bump is there again..also i changed mine on the THIRD DAY! i knw thats bad at this point! I hardly own loose fittin clothes and i changed it to dangles fairly early! oh my...I fucked up! lol

  • @rochiebaybie868 if you still have that bump, watch my video about how to remove bumps and bubbles using tea tree oil!

  • i got mine a week ago this monday and its red around the area not to bad is this normal?

  • @Kittin127 yes, it's normal. all piercings take some time to heal.... it won't look pretty right away, just keep cleaning it!

  • u r so cute nikki how r u single?

  • @SanSharks i'm not single haha

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 oh. my bad. well still u have very sexy belly button rings.

  • yay I was waiting for a video like this!

  • @ccasgrell :) yay!

  • what is your height? you look so tall :-)

  • @Wavygurlz hehe i'm only 5'7'' :)

  • lol funny video , i think mostly watch it cuz ur swinsuit

  • We need to tie her up and finger it.

  • If there was a vote for Belly Button of the year you would win all thumbs up! Hot!

  • @Sallieee00 thanks :)

  • I have a question... After your bellybutton piercing is completely healed, do you still have to clean it as often as when its healing? And if so, how often?

  • @kayjay12321 no, i just let my soap in the shower run over it. i only clean it when i change my rings

  • Can you make another one but with a CloseUP?

    This is too far.

  • Hey, love, it's been a while since I last comment on your videos but you look great.

  • @corey3791 thanks!

  • The belly ring is soo cute!!

  • @LVGIRLS1 thanks! i think it's from Spencer's :)

  • love your tummy!! can i feel it?

  • Nikki, I got the antiseptic spray from CVS for my rook and it works great! i was just wondering if that would be good for my bellybutton as well?

  • @xxsexxixxox i never used the bactine on my belly button but i think it would probably work well. just make sure you do sea salt soaks too!

  • i went swimming the after i got mine done iv had mine since 2006 and its fine,i used used salt water thats it lol! and i move mine around all the time and you can change it after 6 weeks <3

  • I was told I only had to wait 3 months to change it and go swimming and I changed it even a little before and it was fine...

  • @mizlovemelovemenot like i said, piercings heal from the outside in, so even though they might feel fine and look fine, that doesnt mean theyre healed completely. i wouldn't risk changing it earlier than 4 months because it can make the healing process longer. you're lucky it turned out fine. i know plenty of people who were too eager to change it and it got infected.

  • why not over clean it? better than undercleaning it right..? and why not use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol

  • @divinemoon16 overcleaing is just as bad as undercleaning. it can irritate, dry out, and produce too many cells, damage the healing tissue, etc.

  • @KinKiNiKKi4 wow.. =[ thats horrible.. maybe thats why my ears never healed... =[ but thanx

  • my piercer told me to use the fragrance- free dial. used it for my ears, belly, and nose. worked perfect for me...

  • i have a question, why do u say to not use dial soap?

when i got my belly button done that was the only thing my piercer told me to use (clean with dial soap 2-3 times a day, u don't need sea salt or anything else) and its been a year since i got it done and its perfectly healed&everything.

  • @nereydavilla7 because when people buy Dial soap they get colored and scented dial. what i mean by no using dial is not colored, not scented, not smelly good or scrubbing bubbles hand soap. it needs to be antibacterial, color free, scent free, etc.

  • u should get the bottom

  • Can i go in a lake after its healed?

  • @smushlyy after about 4-6 months, yes you can, but youll probably want to rinse it off afterwards (take a shower!) cuz lakes can be super dirty

  • oh my word she looks good in that.... out.. fitt.. >_<

  • I noticed that you have a ring on your ring finger on your left had. If you dont mind me asking, are you and Eric (sorry if I misspelled it) engaged?

  • @AlwaysLaughing21 we're not engaged, it was my anniversary gift but i like to wear it on my left hand to keep all creepers away and so people know i'm taken! :)

  • You're my Piercing Guru.

  • when you already have your belly button pierced but are changing it do you still have to do the whole routine but only once? like use the soap and the sea salt solution?

  • @dancing24796 when i change my belly rings since i've had it for so long, i usually just rinse off the jewelry im going to put in with my antibacterial soap and hot water, just to make sure no germs are on it! once it's healed after 4 months you dont have to do the sea salt soaks anymore!

  • Love it!! Have u thought about getting the bottom done?

  • @LVGIRLS1 i have actually but im worried that it would reject, i dont have much skin or tissue there!

  • i got mine pieced a week and a half ago and my piercer said dial soap is ok, now im scared :s

  • @MeganSquareth45 unscented dial soap is fine!

  • @MeganSquareth45 unscented, uncolored antibacterial soap is fine... just make sure it doesnt have any extras in it (scrubby beads or floaty things lol)
