Not giving any fatwas but theirs a hadith saying Allahs curse is upon those who pluck their eyebrows.Now what does this mean? Well in those times the prostitutes plucked all their eyebrows off, so in context what the hadith is actually saying is that prostitution is sinful not necessarily that the act of removing some hair is an evil act.Avoid doing it but if you have no confidence and are embarrassed with it, majority of eyebrows should remain certainly dont do it wt wrong intentions.
