About the Energy Sword, in my opinion:

It all depends on skill if you want to kill someone with one. Sure, the lunge distance is too long, I can agree on that, but if you stay out of their range and keep shooting them or BxB/BR them before they make their move you can take them out easy.

I've tried territories once and I was actually pretty good at it.
