You don't need the screen to pop up. You just need flipshare. After you open flipshare follow the rest of this video.

Conti...from below. Also when I upload my flip after editing from Moviemaker to YouTube the screen does not fit 100% on YT's player. Its like only 80-85% filled. Why is this. How do I get the screen to be at 100% filled on YT"s player ?

If you have windows moviemaker as your editing program like me (Cause its free)  and use the flip you have to down load this program called iOrgSoft Video Converter to edit your flip footage in moviemaker. Its like 35 dollars though. If there was a cheaper way can someone please tell me.

extension cable from ebay(I refused 2 buy the ones from flip cuz their way 2 expensive & read they are really tight and can break your cam if not really careful) so was just wonderin if you think these will solve my problem. I am completely computer illiterate & I just attempted 2 self troubleshoot but now wonderin if I just wasted $8 on the cable when it could be something else. Everything else works just fine. I just dont know how 2 upload the vids without internet bein on at same time

I just bought a Pure Digital Flip Mino F360 Video Recorder w/tripod from ebay and after immediately wanting 2 test it out, I made a 7 min vid and then tried to upload it to yt. I have verizon wireless as my internet connection which uses 1 of my usb ports which r located in the back of my laptop so after I struggled to get both attached and did so, my internet lost its signal and shut down so now I see I cant have both attached at the same time which means I cant upload vids I ordered a usb

The file K:\DCIM\100VIDEO\VID00001.AVI cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.
