i was a state ranked wrestler in high school, and the russian tie was my move of choice, there are so many things that can be dowwn from it :)
my personal favorate was always to pressure away and down so that they would either fall on their faces and put me in position to hit a tulsa ride with my hip, or stumple head first in which case it was just a simple head snap and sprawl :)
