The only thing close to Tom's are the eyes, but they are really the shape of Katie's, and blue like Josh's. Wake up and smell the inevitable dna test. Liv Tyler was a teen before the truth came out about her. Given Tom's power in H'wood, the truth is still a few years down the road.

1) Josh stated in an interview that the flower story was garbage and due to the media drama he couldn't go see Katie's play(after all..she had gone to his)

2) Josh was at the London awards with Diane because of Inglorious Basta*ds. When Tom found out Josh was going to be there TOM freaked and had a bunch of demands and even arrived after the show started.

3) Katie went to see Josh after the CK breakup so I also think that Suri is Josh's.

Flyinghigh - You're an idiot. Josh and Diane are simply living their lives. Tom is the one who has been freaking out keeping Katie away from Josh. ALSO the flower story was not true. Maybe Josh wanted to see his daughter, who is now 4. (Josh...please get a dna test already and get Suri out of that freak house). If anyone is looking for attention and publicity it's Katie who makes sure Suri is frequently photographed (many high profile stars manage to minimize public attention of their kids).

It seems strange that Joshua is always where Katie is. New York is a big city and the paparazzi are always around her so he just happens to be in the same area as her. He also decides to give are flowers when she was doing her Broadway show and makes E! News (this was just before his new show Fringe came out). He was also spotted at the National Movie Award just before he was due on the Graham Norton show where both TomKat were promoting Tom's film
