  • FOR ALL OF YOU THAT ARE WHITE (im mexican btw) IT IS NOT SAFE TO EAT THESE TORTILLAS RAW, IT WILL GIVE YOU WORMS! dont do it

  • Heya! Possibly you have thought about DietOramy extra fat loss program (more info on google)? I've been told some extraordinary information relating to this and my cousin shed much of surplus weight utilizing it.

  • this morning i hat lods of tootie fruties and a nutri-grain bar is that good?

  • Also you can make scrambled eggs, microwave some bacon, u can put two eggo whole wheat waffles in the microwave and make yourself a sandwich

  • If I am in a big rush sometimes I make this drink that is called instant breakfast u just add milk and stir, also I occasionally add yogurt in it too.

  • "we are going to take these patties, but they are meat free" 0_o what is it made with?

  • i usually make my breakfast the night before when I have school. In a microwave safe plastic container I steam 1 cup of frozen veggie for 1:30 seconds then I add in 1/3 cup egg whites and cook for another 1:30 seconds in the microwave.

  • @itskaleena then I set in a morning star farms breakfast sausage patty and cover with the lid and put in the fridge in the morning I add a little curry powder and black pepper mix up the veggie and egg whites and cook for 1 minute in the microwave.I like to then cut up the patty with my fork and mix it all together :]

  • @itskaleena I'd like to know what you think :]

  • No thanks

  • Yup, will probably try the pb and banana roll. Looks good. Thanks for the recipes.

  • Yes. We should all eat a healthy breakfast to kickstart our metabolism. Healthy food is the number one step towards a healthy lifestyle.

  • What the hell are they doing with the sacred corn tortila (tortilla). 1:47-150, the girl is thinking about it, maybe this ain't such a good idea....

    The comments below are funny....

  • If Janel didn't speak like a woman, I would swear she was a man!

  • Is that slash without the sunglasses and top hat? Banana thing looks nice!

  • pancake with loads of syrup??

  • Janel TOTALLY looks like Blake from Workaholics

  • Love the "Health 'Nut'" Plates! The Peanut Butter Banana Wrap sounds good!

  • green smoothie

  • This video is so helpful! I'm really struggling with having a healthy varied breakfast!

  • Holla! Have you considered intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father lost tons of weight with it.

  • really nice video with great? video composition. also the presentation of the video is so great and enjoyable . i like this video so much.

  • Mr tim ur such a ladies lady

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.

  • Ugh gross. wtf.

  • Janel looks like the man on the go that's all..

  • Janel is ugly..

  • 1st 2 too high in carbs n too low in protien 3rd 1 too high in saturated fats

  • @jleenzlopez Yes...

  • oooh!!! banana burrito!!...tasty!

  • its funny how i am eating candy while watching this

  • @dianne789100 lol

  • Janel looks unhealthy as fuck, shes like a corpse or something.

I didnt even bother to watch the recipes after seeing her.

  • @Harresd this is MEAN

  • @Harresd depends because some people look good skiiny

  • @Harresd It's just her hair. The "tousled" look just doesn't suit her.

  • check out the healthy muffin video I just made!

  • A lot of uneducated dietician wanna be's in here. Perhaps you should just do what you do best and be quiet. Quit leaving stupid comments! If you don't agree.... then again, be QUIET! You don't like processed foods cause their unhealthy? Hahahaa Oh please.... You're probably the one sitting on the couch, watching television, stuffing your face with potato chips, and drinking soda, replying to this feed saying... Oh processed foods are so unhealthy! No duh... Let me guess, you have a garden!

  • If I am eating breakfast, that is the last crap I want to eat. The most processed food in the world. Shame on you for promoting something like this!!!!!!!!

  • @mihaidobrota i agree!

  • These are all quite high calorie breakfast choices.

  • I'm absolutely appalled by some of the ignorant comments about this video. I cannot believe how nutters some of you sound. I would never push my beliefs or way of living on anyone else. Any breakfast is better than no breakfast and these are certainly healthier choices than the bag of chips and a soda I see people grab at the gas station on their way to work/school. The best b-fast advice I ever heard is to not limit your choices to only foods considered b-fast foods. I make mini pizzas=)

  • what i've learned out of this video is that you can actually PACK a burger, or bag some cereal and TAKE it with you...

    WOW thats really bloody ingenious.

And that chick either is virtually brain dead and she believes she is actually giving good advice on "healthy breakfast" or she's no good at her job so she goes online and posts a video with her telling other people the biggest secrets of the knows universe that even a 10 year old knows.

Biggest load of sh*t I've heard lately...

  • McDonald's double egg Mc muffin with an espresso

  • I make egg muffins on the Sunday that I can eat throughout the week. I mix eggs, cooked spinach, and lean ham (chopped small) in a bowl.....then i pour the mixture into a muffin pan (spray with Pam) and bake in the oven. You can use just egg whites if you want and even add low fat cheese. You just pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds and they are good to go.

  • Try an english muffin toasted with some colbyjack cheese. Very delicous! I wake up around 5:00 am and eat breakfast around 6:00 am because I always end up running late, I have to go get the newspaper and put it inside the house and be at the bus stop by 6:15 am. PS- I am wolfman8448's little sister, I would have logged on to my account but he wouldn't let me get on. Thank you :)

  • Gotta have my bowl.

    Gotta have cereal.

  • I have an idea why not

make a egg and toast combo

  • i thought she was a guy!

  • @ironforce96 don't be rude please :/ they both look nice

  • I try to eat in the mornings homemade poritsch, or an egg on a wholegrain bread, it gives me energy for school and I will not be hungry until lunch. :)

  • I will definitely try banana-peanut butter burrito! thanks!

  • tortilla, banana and peanut batter... doesn't look tasty at all! :S

  • @inblank its actually VERY good!!!! I LOVED IT!!

  • are you a retard? those are unhealthy food, and your fat

  • I never had peanut butter :(

  • I am going to try that banana and peanut butter wrap.

I hardly ever have time for breakfast.

My on the go breakfast if I have time:

    Bagel with peanut butter

    or

    Soy milk smoothie

  • this IS kinda great...

  • a patty without meat Iit aint called a patty if it has no meat *i swear some people*

  • my wife gives me sex every morning while she washes my breakfast dishes. keeps me satisfied until lunch or so

  • @TheClownCentral --aaahhhh your just joking! You're not even married!

  • Yeah... in Scotland right now, it's fucking freezing, so I think we're gonna stick to anything that's hot.

  • this is the worst healthy diet show ever! your gonan be hungry in like 5mins! -_- just stick to decaf green tea (takes2mins aswel! max! -whats the difference? its good for antioxidants) soup (also takes2mins -can be done at same time) and some fruit, maybe some bread, or some v8 juice (original only- the rest have crap in them) or make some oats with no sugar/honey -plant based honey like sugars are better. if you cant find them. who gives a f. just add extra goats milk to make it creamier. x

  • @thecupdidit well...this has to keep you full for about 3 hours actually....wich should be the time untill your morning snack...and these foods are really good...i have 6-7 classes every day at school...from 8 to 2 or 3,depending on the day...and this kind of foods gets me trough my first 3 classes really well...after that i usually eat a piece of fruit or something....does it's job:))

  • COOL. my daughter is vegetarian and working in the peanut butter is a good thing. pbj can get old! want to try those breakfast sandwich patties. the burger variation is pretty good.

  • @Igentenos lol actually, peanut butter is actually a bean. Weird huh? and again I think it was genetically messed with. I don't know where I found it, but I am sure you can look it up. If you want a butter you should try almond butter :) It taste really good. Its very good you daughter is vegetarian, I am a vegan and you feel really good.

  • you should have substituted the peanut butter in this recipe for soynut butter or even almond butter - but soynut tastes really good.

  • apple slices and a portable cup of soynut butter (the perfect peanut butter alternative IMO - dairy free, peanut free and gluten free) tastes even better than peanut butter and is a lot healthier. yummy!

  • oatmeal is the best bfast ever

  • People are leaving some pretty mean comments on here and what I'm gonna say is that whether according to you this is healthy to eat or not every food is fine in moderation

  • Soy is not good for you. They messed with the chemistry of soy. Now you go to japan their soy is healthy unlike ours. People with PTSD should avoid soy like poison.

  • @TheArtistNinja I believe that.

  • ok, lets break it down. Why do we get hungry? Our body needs nutrition. When you cook food over 105 degrees you kill the nutrition. You kill the enzymes your body has to brake down food, there for your body has to seal enzymes. You know what enzymes are? calories, trans fats, etc. So all those 'diets' with you know "Oh, trans fats aren't good" Bull. Those all help you break down your food. II am a 14 year old raw foodist. I feel great everyday. My skin is clear, no acne

  • Yep, you can tell the show's american when a healthy (everything is relative...) breakfast includes peanut butter :D

  • @Lazuotut True, they should've substituted it for better nut butters

  • healthy = not tasty ..... fuck this i want bacon fried in butter and eggs for breakfast

  • stupid yank. even there healthy breakfasts are fattening.

  • ok, the 1st recipe isn't creative. Or healthy. Morningstar patties have like 5 or 6 grams of fat. and cheese. Cheese cheese cheese. Not healthy.

  • Misleading infomercial.

Forget granola and cereal from the box. You will be eating a lot of sugar.

  • I like smoothies and fruit or whip up some organic eggs quickly. With beans. mmm

  • The second two recipes are ones I want to try. :)

  • fail...

  • yummy

  • no offense but i wold have to agree with 68trace on this one because microwaving food does take away enzymes in your food but the other tow were creative and healthy

  • Comment removed

  • ok from 2:58 to 3:11 she is standing there real cute and bellow it sais this image has bin touched to distort your image of perfection...how is showing a cut picture ( touched or un toutched) an act of distort twards our image of perfection...???? some 1 help me out???

  • @suchadambidiot in one of her past videos she showed how the media distorts pictures to make them look perfect. This is the photo they retouched in the video and that's why they put that label on there

  • @Jessalj i know i saw that vid....but it just seem a little contradictory to me is all...no?

  • That's all from Trader Joe's....I have those products... o.o

  • I am I Registered Holistic Nutritionist & I would NEVER recommend microwaving ANYTHING as a healthy choice. Microwaving kills the enzymes in food, which basically mkes the food your about to eat a nutritionally devoid lump of mush.

  • @68trace wtf is a "Registered Holistic Nutritionist" and how does that make you qualified to give out advice? Sounds like a made-up job title. Also, care to backup your claims that microwaving turns your food into a "nutritionally devoid lump of mush"?

  • thanks girls. i just wanted to ask, how about fresh strawberries early in the morning?

  • @cccp975 not to be mean but duh if u eat strawberries in the morining thats good + ur getting your daily fruits

  • @Nobbie650 nobody ever said it's good nowhere, so i had to ask

  • i love your videos :D

  • i always have to laugh at what some people think is "whole grain".

in germany whole grain means a totally different thing than this floppy muffin-thing.

  • Wow, this isn't healthy at ALL. It's actually kind of funny to watch them put cheese and a slab of processed meat from a box "Morning Star" on an english muffin, or slab on peanut butter to a tortilla. Hahah!

  • @elanjuliette IT'S A VEGETARIAN PADDY.

  • my favorite breakfast is a fiber Plus breakfast bar. i usually get really sick if i eat too soon after just waking up, but the bar is just enough that i know i'll be full until i can have a chance to eat again. plus, it gets me over my sweet tooth for the entire day.

  • don't we get fat by eating all these stuff...

  • she cudnt take her eyes off it cuz it got a big banana in it ;)

  • LOL at previous comments, theres no way this is healthy

  • I love having 12 almonds, mozarella cheese stick and a fruit usually an apple, orange or pear. The combo of protein, carb, and fat keeps me full for at least 3 hours.

  • you know you can download this video for free?

  • the first one is not so healthy

  • Check out this new weight loss forum

    losethosecurves. lovelyforum. net

  • great food

  • granola bars

  • i have a a power bar and a peice of fruit

  • peanut butter and banana for a diet?

like, if you forgot to mention: one slice of that tortilla ;x and some fruit instead the rest..

  • Im gonna try that peanut butter and banana wrap. Yumm

  • 1:44 look at the way she stares at that fucking plate!

SHE CANT TAKE HER EYES OF OF IT! HAHA

  • you have a problem with your vocabulary!!!

  • how so?

  • @acexprt 1:54 she bites her lip, she wants it! =p.

  • @acexprt LMFAO! Before I watched this, I was reading these comments then I watched it and i'm like 'OMG, SHE'S DROOLING' probably thinking 'I'm so hungry, i'm gonna attack the plate!!' lol!!!

  • that's not healthy

  • sure! COUGH COUGH

  • i would prefer cherry or bananas or strawberries or bluberries or blackberries or grapes or oranges or carrots or broccoli or coliflor on the go :D YUM!!!!:D

  • How the hell can you call this "HEALTHY Breakfast Recipes..." and you got processed cheese in your first recipe? FAIL.....EPIC FAIL....unsubscribed

  • @dayati Its certainly better than eating an Egg McMuffin from McDonald though, lol.

  • @dayati you unsubscribed for one mistake? It's low fat cheese so hey why not for at least one morning? This is coming from a guy who tries to avoid un-natural foods as much as possible.

  • The only real drawback to processed cheese is the sodium & preservatives. It has less fat, less calories, and more protein than most other cheeses. I eat Velveeta regularly & I'm one of the healthiest people you'll ever meet. In the end, it comes down to moderation. I will admit that preservatives are the one thing we should never be ingesting, but other than that processed cheese is just as healthy in moderation as any other cheese. It melts better to top it off

  • @Seraphkx Thats all true. Secretly I slip the preservatives in my foods once in a while.

  • @dayati They do have sliced cheese that isn't processed.

  • @dayati They didn't say processed cheese - they have sliced cheese of all types.

  • @dayati - and morning star patties may taste good, but they are not healthy either! and microwaves? I know most people have them, but to put them in the same category with healthy food? Not OK

  • @dayati Can you scientifically explain why that specific cheese they used is bad for you?

As registered dietitians I'm betting that they can explain why it's good for you.

Besides, even if it isn't, ANYTHING for breakfast is MUCH better for you than nothing. You should definitely reconsider resubscribing. Sorry if I'm coming off as arrogant or mean, I havent had lunch today haha

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal, 6 eggwhites, cinnamon to taste, 2 tbsp. ground flax seed.

-heat a skilet with non-stick spray

-mix all ingredients in a blender

    - pour the batter on the skilet and let cook like a pancake, flip wen needed.

VOILA: super healthy breakfast, make it the night before, put some low calorie jam inside or peanut butter and u got high protein content, carbs to start your day, good fats from the flax, all around a good meal.

  • how does it taste? is it an acquired taste? i guess the jam would help

  • that is hot! thanks for sharing that

  • I am only 12 and i have to make my own breakfat cuse my mum works the nigtshift and my dad leaves att 5:00 am. >.>

  • yummy! easy straightforward!. is there any healthier way to cook an egg aside from poachin'?thanks a lot!

  • @ millennialgirl well there are food with no calories for example water (i know it's a drink but it's still something we consume) And also there are foods that take so much energy to digest, it burns the calories while digesting. For example apples, watermelon, asparagus and carrots

If you took a biology or health class, you probably learned that veggies have cellulose, which is hard to break down and sometimes when you body can't break it down it comes out as... yeah

  • You just listed FOOD! water is not a FOOD! as for watermelon, asparagus , and carrots those DO HAVE CALORIES! that is my POINT!!!!!!! CALORIES- NOT HOW MUCH OR HOW THEY ARE BURNED BUT THAT THEY CONTAIN CALORIES!!!!!!!!!!!! DUH!

  • @ millennialgirl I don't see the reason for your outrage nor your "duh" (in my opinion it is an unmature word for someone who is 25). there's no reason for caps. Did you read where I said "I know it's a drink" there's something called a "typo". Yes they do have calories, we all know that. I'm trying to say that because it requires more calories to burn than it actually has, people consider it as a "no calorie" food. We are all right and wrong, and we learn from each other because of it.

  • there is NO rage! i typed in caps because i figured it would be easier to read since clearly no one could understand my point. I am over the discussion.

  • oh, ok

  • @ inbarshema actually green, starchy or any type of vegetables do have calories, just not as much as other foods

  • My quick simple breakfast is to slice an apple and put peanutbutter on. Very fast and simple.

  • ?kinda strange vid?

  • plusx if the tortilla is lowfat it could be only 50 calories, plus it is whole wheat!

  • that wrap, NOT EXACTLY DIET FRIENDLY! the torilla is a good 300 cals, the banana is at least 120, and 1 tbsp of peanut butter is 80 (assuming its the reduced fat one..!) so thats a 500 calories RIGHT THERE!

if you want this in a lower calorie form, try swaping the tortilla for a slice of whole wheat bread (90 calories) 1 tbsp of peanut butter (80) and HALF a banana (60)

that will be 230... less than HALF

  • one TBsp of PB is between 90 and 100 calories actually. And fresh fruit is considered free because it is natural.

  • if you read what i wrote instead of defending your recipes for obesity, you would have noticed that i wrote

"(assuming its the reduced fat one..!)"

because the reduced fat one is only 80 calories per tbsp.

it's in my cupboard, so i'm not even going to argue it.

and fruit is FREE? are you fucked? so i guess fruititarians don't consume calories, ever?

  • No i am not "fucked" but you clearly are u fucktard. Fruit is free because it is NATURAL, HEALTHY AND IS MEANT TO BE CONSUMED IN HIGH QUANTITIES! EVERY FUCKIN FOOD HAS CALORIES U DUMB COUSIN FUCKER!

  • the body can burn glucose immediately for energy if blood glucose levels are not at a stable level of 20 grams blood borne glucose circulating per hour.

If it is not needed for energy immediately, then it is converted into glycogen in the liver or muscles.

  • The liver has the capacity to store 100 grams of glycogen. The muscles have the capacity to store between 250-400 grams of glycogen, depending on muscle mass and physical condition. Liver glycogen supplies energy for the entire body. Muscle glycogen only supplies energy to muscles.

  • If the body has an excess of glucose, and all of the glycogen stores are full, the surplus glucose is converted to fat by the liver and stored as adipose tissue (bodyfat) around the body. If needed, fatty acids can be burned as fuel (BUT the fat cannot be converted back to glucose).

  • ur stupid, there are foodd without calories. ever heard od green vegtables??? there all calorie and carb free,

  • wtf is your dumb ass talking about? who mentioned calories douchebag?

  • just because you swear doesnt mean ur right, and i was replying to someone else idiot

  • well it showed up in my inbox douchebag

  • and NOTHING is CALORIE FREE DUMBASS

  • no, green veggies have a lot of fibre, and when you eat a lot of fibre, then you don't digest calories. like if sumthing has 10g of carbs, but 10g of fibre, then it turns out being 0 carbs

  • I know the subtraction of DIETARY FIBER FROM CARBOHYDRATES thank you very much, however your original statement was that vegetables have ZERO calories, which is UNTRUE! They are healthy and LOW in calories- at least the green ones, there are starchy veggies that do not fall in that category such as corn and potatoes. My comment to that is that there is no food with ABSOLUTELY no calories.

  • no, what fiber does is that it goes right through u, and makes it so u dont digest calories

  • wrong- goodbye

  • @millennialgirl Untrue, infact there are foods and bevrages that are negitive caloric intake. Look at celery and cold water, both require you to burn more calories processing them than you get back from them.

  • water is NOT A FOOD. Celery though extremely low (2 kcals per small stalk) HAS CALORIES! damn ppl READ!

  • St. Joseph's tortillas are only 50 calories, not 300. It's a great brand made with whole grain ingredients...

  • im gonna make the morning star muffins! i love the morning star sausage patties...sooooooo good!!!

  • that peanut butter burrito looks awesome. that sandwich looks awesome as well, unfortunately I don't think I've seen anything like that in Canada. Maybe i'm just not looking hard enough

  • Then make it yourself :) Im living in Canada too and I eat this every morning :P

  • yeah I mean the low-fat sausage thing, I've never seen those where I live

  • These breakfast ideas are amazing...I really don't have much time in the morning and I will try all three of these! Thank you! :)

  • I like a bacon, sausage and egg burrito with tons of cheddar cheese!

  • Word.

  • :O ME TOO!!! xD their AWESOME....lol i don't like healthy foods, excipt for some fruits. so yeah non-healthy food, is da food for me xD

  • OMG! I've been making the first one FOREVER!

  • how about an apple for breakfast is that healthy?
