Looking back, I think that very few people have become part of my DNA like Ron Asheton (despite all the great musicians, writers, poets, artists, philosophers I liked, studied & identified with); every day I play stuff that I derived from him ever since I fell in love with Fun House, when I was 15, 30 years ago. And today I'm more of a fan than I ever was!
