  • i don t see Nick the Nightfly ...

  • 1:31

    :-)

  • cannot wait to see him in the williams next year, good driver who deserves his chance

  • 26 race, no podiums

    All about name and money

  • @FoxifiedNutjob Sure those two things are a contributory factor to why he is here, But he hasn't exactly been in a Winning Car for those 26 races

  • @FoxifiedNutjob 18 races in HRT and 8 in a Lotus Renault which was useless when he got in it, how many podiums did you expect him to get?

  • Egads! Ayrton's been cloned!

  • SI EL CONSIGUE UN LUGAR EN MCLAREN DONDE CORRIA SU TIO, VA A ANDAR ADEALNTE Y VA A DEMOSTRAR QUIEN ES REALMENTE ÉL! EL SOBRINO DEL QUIEN FUE EL MEJOR PILOTO DEL MUNDO Y NADIE VA A PODER SUPERAR! FUERZAS BRUNO SENNA DEMOSTRA QUE TENES LA SANGRE DE AYRTON

  • Aww. He has freckles on his nose like his Uncle.

  • Aww. He has freckles on his nose like his Uncle.

  • 3:27 holly molly, he looks exactly like ayrton.

  • I think Bruno is one of the most pleasant drivers in F1; no arrogance about his name at all. I REALLY want to see him in a McLaren, that'd be absolutely amazing. I bet he could have the lot of them.

  • @SuperMoominMama Couldn't agree more! He's also done some really impressive things in constantly malfunctioning cars. He deserves a good chance in a more reliable car.

  • Bruno Senna is my F1 team mate... in F1 2010. =)

  • I think 3.28 is Ayrton; the bridge of the nose does not look like Bruno's. Anyhoos he does not need to be his Uncle; he just needs to be the best he can be. I really hope he gets a seat in 2012 - easily the nicest guy in F1.

  • @SuperMoominMama Bruno and Vitaly are probably the nicest guys in F1 (no offence to anyone else, but, seriously...)

  • @SuperMoominMama Naaaah that's definitely Bruno. No doubt about it.

  • @AmericanRose1348 On closer inspection of the freckles, I stand corrected. Truly hope over the next few months Bruno proves himself, listening to people say he is where he is because of his name is getting a bit boring now.

  • @SuperMoominMama Very, very similar look - however, the GPUpdate.net logo is just visible as he lifts his head and thus it's Bruno at 3:28.

  • @SehnKhan Well spotted :o)

  • swap him for massa in a ferrari

  • I like Bruno. He showed some talent in 2011 driving for Lotus Renault. Even though he won't be there in 2012, I hope he can land somewhere and maybe even a third seat.

  • Cheers Bernie Ecclestone for a crappy tv deal. I'd sooner lose F1 entirely on BBC rather than watch a crappy 10 race championship. The only person that benefits is Bernie himself, as if he hasn't got enough millions as it is. I wonder if the fans will switch off from BBC F1 next year in droves, I know I will, a ten race championship, whoa, stick around for the anti climax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • If Bruno was put in a Top 3 car he could be a world champion!

  • unlucky for Senna today, I think stewards were too harsh to give him penalty, he couldve finished top 10

  • 3:28 Looks SOOO much like his late uncle. Eery.

  • @londongamer shame he doesn't drive like him

  • Well you can clearly see Ayrton was his uncle...and it's strange how much Massa and his brother look alike too, what's with those brasilian genes? ;D

  • bruno senna, spa qualyfying 2011, say no more

  • martin brundle's comment is great

  • Lawd he has the same eyes like Ayrton, in helmet he looks like Ayrton. Love you forever Ayrton Senna!!!!

  • tutto a lui erdita, il migliore nipote

  • la fortuna

  • HOW CAN YOU NOT WANNA BE LIKE AYRTON!!!! -.-

  • @keelthebeat You'll understand when you get older. Everyone wants to create It's legacy in his own style.

  • @rivalcf4 hah! i see your angle. But i mean in terms of wanting to always win and be number 1. I just don't like how bruno uses his Uncles success to bring him places whereas his uncle had to work his ass off. I guess thats what you get for having the name senna

  • were they related?

  • @KGB4070 yes. Bruno is Ayrton's nephew

  • Sorry guys, Ayrton was the only one!

  • Lee always get horny around the younger drivers.

  • Bruno just doesn't seem to have the fire and concentration and passion his Uncle did, he's a good driver but will never be lik Ayrton.

  • @lgadwords Yeah, I have the same feeling.

Unfortunately Bruno hasn't that special thing like his uncle. Ayrton was unique. All of these speculations about "Senna's era is coming back" is blame of media.

Maybe now he can use the fame of be a Senna to get sponsors and partners, but definately we can't pushing him off to be what he couldn't be. He's a good driver, but not a exceptional talent like Senna, just it.

  • @mandik91 I'm sure he has lots of pressure having the surname Senna and with everyone's high hopes, the fact he made it is still very respectable for Bruno Senna and I hope he will use his fame and celebrity to help the people of Brazil and use it as a platform for a might bigger cause like his Uncle did. I admire Ayrton even more so now then I did when he was racing, he's truly one of my heroes and like you said he had that special unique quality that is so rare. Truly a great loss.

  • PAUSE 3:29.....Its Ayrton!!!!.....:D

  • Put him in a Fucking Mclaren!

  • @jimftr I completly agree Jim ... Give Bruno Senna a Mclaren and we'll see Senna reborn ;)

  • @LoneWulfJ3D Damn straight...

  • @jimftr well said

  • @jimftr YES!! alongside Lewis

  • @jimftr Red Bull is where its at now

  • @jimftr he's at Williams-Renault this year....sick twist of fate eh? Here's hoping that team doesn't kill him too.

  • Same hair cut!

  • i hope he does well in singapore, the family seems like good people from the outside.

  • For all who say "Bruno changed his last name to Senna", let's put it this way: Ayrton's son would have NOT been called SENNA. So we are lucky it is his sister's son who got in F1; that was the ONLY way the SENNA name could be back in top racing.

  • 3:31 When he looks up through the visor...bloody hell. That's frigging creepy. Poor Bruno. Always racing with a ghost in his car.

  • 3:28 brought tears to my eyes. He looks exactly like Ayrton. I wish he was still with us to watch his nephew race in F1.

  • 3.28 scares me. he looks so much like ayrton with his helmet on

  • too bad that today we have all this electronic shit on the cars, and really it's not about the skills of the driver like it was back when ayrton could beat the crap out of ferrari with the toleman.

  • @stefann1989v2

F1 has always been the most technologically advanced motorsport, ever since 1950.

Complaining about technology in F1 is like complaining about left turns in NASCAR.

And besides, everyone knows the 60's were the greatest years of F1.

  • @LongSchlong9000 yes, you are right on that, but i think it has gone too far on the technological side, and the percentage in what the skills of the driver matters in winning the race has gone way down, and F1 became a competition based on how to raise the cash flow, enormous salaries and things like that. i stil like it though, but the true charm of F1 is kida lost somewhere in the late 80's.

  • He looks nothing like Ayrton... until he puts his helmet on.

    He has the same eyes.

  • bruno wird stammfahrer bei renault

  • Bruno coming back on renault team.

  • 3:28 As he looks out of the helmet.. OMG.. He looks exactly like Ayrton...

  • anyone knows the journalist female name??

  • @xavierunounouno Lee Mckenzie.

  • @stonecoldcrazyjack Thank you so much bro!!!

  • @stonecoldcrazyjack Is she married |||

  • @stonecoldcrazyjack She's ok, but those other BBC tools annoy the hell out of me, such a load of rubbish spewing from that lot.

  • @xavierunounouno

lol Do you fancy her then?

    I Do a bit.

  • @xavierunounouno you horny old bastard

  • lmao he doesnt wanna be ayrton senna..... and yet he took his Mothers last name over his fathers last name...........

  • @TwistedGalaxy,Ayrton also used his mothers last name.

  • @TwistedGalaxy he isn't stupid. Lailli in motorsporting is more important than Senna?

  • @TwistedGalaxy Ayrton did the same. His last name da Silva. Its a Portuguese naming custom to use the maternal family name.

  • @shinhawk It's not a brazilian/potuguese custom to use their maternal family names. However, the family name "Da Silva" is a very commom name in Brazil. So, the people who has it, usually use their other names to be more "unique". I am a "Da Silva" too (not related to Senna's family, unfortunately), and I usually go by my mother's last name in pretty much everything, so people can indentify me easier, and also because nobody ever adressed me as "Da Silva" for anything ever.

  • @TwistedGalaxy So did Ayrton. If we go by your logic, then he should have been Ayrton da Silva. That's just how the names work in that language/custom.

  • Ayrton can win with a bad car and a bad team. Remember 1984 Monaco Grand Prix? Caught up with Alain Prost in the Mclaren by 3 seconds per lap in a Toleman.

  • I hope if Lewis even move to RedBull or different car. I hope McLaren Recruit him.

  • AYRTON Senna forever !! Bruno is fortune to be his nephew ... congratulations for that and for get a season in f1.

Ayrton, ill never never ever ..... forget you. YOur live is gonna be remembered by my heart and mouth .............. to my children and grandchildren.

    Thank you !!!

  • Guys if he didn't have talent he wouldn't have made it to f1, we haven't seen the last of him :)

  • Who ever made the comment that he used his uncles name to get were he is should know that in Brazil and Latin America they use there mother's surname and not there fathers like the do in the UK and other parts of the world.

  • grande pé-de-breque

  • Bruno will never be Ayrton. His father, Flavio Lalli, died in motorbike crash in 1996. He used his uncles surname to get more attention, for PR, he will never succeed. In life, you have to operate by internal yardsticks, always internal, never by what others thinks. He should've been Bruno Lalli navigating by inner yardsticks. But that's life.

  • @49fiori i agree partly with you, but I don't think a talentless average guy, even with the best car available (which wasn't Bruno's case in GP2) could have won a Monaco Grand Prix just like that.

  • wow:) he look's exactly like his uncle, ayrton senna♥

  • 3.27 - Looks exactly like his uncle...

  • So can Bruno do what Ayrton did and help create an amazing Honda supercar

  • 3:28~3:30 .. huh

  • didn't Ayrton Senna say Bruno was a better driver than him? I think he did, I hope he get's a chance to show everyone how good he can be in a good car

  • he is a senna but he is Bruno not ayrton just like earnhardt jr is not dale senior he is his own person

  • @ishadowblacki I am yes. But not as much as you.

  • he as kind as his uncle.

  • @ishadowblacki Asshole ? All Bruno did, was totalling engines. Thats his talent up until now !

  • @burns985 Have you seen the HRT cars? They are complete rubbish. They shake like a baby born addicted to crack, the damn things are suicidal cars, not driver error.

  • I feel that his skills and potential haven't been developed fully for his age, considering that he dropped racing for a long time.

  • 01 percent talented driver.99 per cent big name,

bruno will be the formula one DNF world champion

  • he has becomes a driver for Renault it looked slim last season but he has just been signed with them! Time for Formula 1 to know what has been missing since Aryton's death, Racing true talent!

  • @burns985 because everyone cares what you think

  • Bruno needs very good car so that he can win races. He is tallentic driver like his uncle Ayrton. Hopefully one day we see him smiling on top spot of podium and being world champion. He looks so much like Ayrton..

  • @peeses6 ayrton was ayrton, bruno is a fake and nothing like ayrton.

and he`s using his uncle name to get pubblicity,

he is nothing like the real senna,

  • with the helmet...the similarity is so ...fuckin......frightening!!!!

    go bruno

  • @MistrzKubica true - but NOBODY is as good as Ayrton - not Hamilton, Alonso, Vettel or even Schumacher.

Its an impossible ask - Ayrton was the greatest ever - the Mohammed Ali of F1.

  • @mallamoozoo My opinion also.it's not hard to imagine how much a better driver Bruno would be had Ayrton lived. He certainly wouldn't be driving possibly f1's worse ever car.

  • I think he looks like Ayrton Senna and Mark Webber. He looks like both of them.

  • Ha I liked this interview.. Bruno is Brazilian and I am Brazilian so it's interesting to see how he says "Ayrton" and his own name "Bruno" with an American accent haha

  • Comment removed

  • @TTFAFF I'm Brazilian as well and have been living in the USA for more then half of my life, and both accents, (Ayrton and Bruno) are no where near American. They are English (from England) for sure... They both use a more proper English, very slow and understandable, unlike American English (very fast paced)...

    Valeu, e Abacos!!! :)

  • @ButcherBR22 hunf whatever you say man, I was only talking about the name Bruno anyways

  • those eyes...

  • Bring back Ayrton !! :(

  • WTF he looks just like his uncle

    R.I.P ARYTON SENNA :L

  • I think everyone can agree he looks so much like Ayrton every time he has his visor open but 3:29 is unbelievable... I had to go back to make sure it wasn't Ayrton.

  • Comment removed

  • 1.33 i was shocked at who much he looks like his uncle

  • 3:28 ...... wow!!!!!

  • @clarkanorak

it's crazy really.. in the interview he looks pretty normal and there isn't really an imidiate resemblance to Ayrton on the first look... but once he puts the helmet on and you see just eyes and nose it looks like Ayrton just took over the cockpit

  • when we first knew he was comming to f1 i thought gr8 wow wot a dream, i love how cool he is and doesnt seem tense like i imaged ayrton to be

  • Ayrtons' image lives on Bruno.

Sorry Chasis and Worthless Cosworth engine that make him slow!

If he at least had the Virgin's chasis, it would be different

    AYRTON SENNA 4EVER!

  • Stop me in my tracks...he looks exactly like ayrton.... most definately mate!! :D

  • @felipeopinion it's really odd to hear Brundle, a former rival of Senna Snr's, talk like that... It was rather emotional, not particularly to see, but to hear Brundle's voice almost breaking..

  • @felipeopinion he is a brother of senna which is now racing in F1 Now

  • @robotguy67 no mate...hes ayrton senna's nephew...viviane senna's son...

  • @felipeopinion

yes he looks so much like Ayrton and specially when he looks towards the track.

  • @felipeopinion It's the eyes!

  • @felipeopinion exactly . yeh,

  • @felipeopinion Its crazy! Look at his eyes!!!

  • Oh my God !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He looks like Ayrtyon

  • not easy for him to come up behind the name of a true legend like his uncle was, its his time in F1 a few years from now i believe. this year is a struggle but he is gaining experience every week

looks just like Ayrton when that helmet visor is opened.

  • Ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyrton!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

  • Very strange seeing a Senna continuosly at the rear of the grid.Hope things improve for Bruno.

  • @DALCOLDARA Do you remember Damon Hill career.

In 1st full season he drove for Brabham.

Which was one of the worst cars in 1992.

In 1993 he drove for Williams and the situation has changed.

3 years after he won the World Champion title(He deserved that in 1994 too but...).

In my opinion Senna has a real chance to drive for better team.

I hope we will see this name again in top of the rankings.

  • @pjc2 Yes I remember the 92 Brabham. A horrible blueish, purpleish, pinkish thing.Amati the last female driver was Damon's teammate. But Damon was a test driver for the Williams team before the Brabham drive so when Patrese retired he was lucky to get the drive beside Prost. The Hispania car is so bad I think it is nearly impossible for Bruno to show any potential. But like you I hope he is given a decent chance. If Liuzzi is fired I would like to see Bruno get the drive in the Force India.

  • @DALCOLDARA

hrt cant give him a win car but its good for him to learn from behind rathen thatn being first

  • @GIANNHSPEIRAIAS Depends on how far behind.Has he overtaken anyone this year? How do the bigger teams know if he can overtake? Yes he is getting experience but the bigger teams are learning nothing about him due to the car being so bad.

  • @DALCOLDARA hopefully hell go to lotus and that will be the same team ayrton went to

  • @DALCOLDARA i do want him to find some of his uncles magic afterall its happened (sort of) with the hills and the rosbergs

wonder if its passed from uncle to nephew

  • @AtoZ0to9123456 Don't know the answer to that one but you see in some videos Ayrton and Bruno carting together. So although young he must have been given some tips from his uncle. In a strange way being Ayrton's nephew hindered his career because following Ayrton's death Bruno's mother forbade him to take up racing so he started alot later than he would have otherwise.

  • @DALCOLDARA though hes got to be very good to make it into the 40 or so drivers of f1 counting third drivers and the like

  • @AtoZ0to9123456 Yeah agreed and he seems a very nice guy too.Hope we haven't seen the end of him.

  • @DALCOLDARA but that helped thankyou :)

  • @DALCOLDARA And things have improved!

  • @arrielfim Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.Yes things have improved and he is giving Petrov a good run for his money.Qualifying for Spa and Monza was very good for him.The car was shocking in Singapore however.I wasn't expecting that.
