Ive seen Stoopid lots of times and I heard Kyle do that "doctor doctor doctor" part at the RRR festival.........he did it sooo much better but Ive never been able to find a vid of him singing it or heard him do it live again.............but it's awesome!

he switches between pickups in this song, but i think the sound you're talking about is the phase shifter.

It's a mixture of delay, reverb, and a wierd flanger setting. At least that's how I do it, there's probably a better way though
