Sick bends. I have the exact model lying around here somewhere. I don't suppose you kept track of the bends, did you?
Wait, no. I read one of your older comments. Is there any chance you could take a picture of the circuitry so we could take a decent guess at what you did?
I found a couple points on the board that make an osc. based distortion. I then set the keyboard up with envelope follower, and used a vactrol to control the distortion. I didn't find much in this keyboard, so that's why I did this kind of complicated bend to get the most I could out of it.
@jamforthelamb I hooked up a capicitor to two pins on the amplifier chip and made an oscillator/booster/distorter. I super low capacitors actually cause a tremolo effect
I picked one of these up the other day and after testing all the contacts on the circuit board all I could get it to do was make a sustained bass tone.
What methods do you use when trying to find interesting bends? Am I missing something? Are you adding components apart from pots and switches? Advice would be much appreciated.
i broke the crystal off of mine and now it dont work no mo :(

awesome modifications!
I haven't played the keyboard in such a long time, and I just so happen to find a PSS-130 today in a thrift store for 7$!
Gave it a clean up, found an AC adapter, works wonderful!
Great keyboard for beginners.

i would really like to know what you did if you'd like to share.

I found an oscillation point, and added a vactrol to control it. I didn't write a schematic when I did it (I rarely do), or I would send it to you.
