I am a Falun Gong practitioner. Falun Dafa is a cultivation system in the Buddha School based on the principles of the Universe: 真 Truthfulness 善 Compassion 忍 Forbearance.
Since 1999 it has been brutally persecuted by the CCP in China. People are being killed, tortured, put into concentration camps and have organs harvested from live people, simply because of their belief. More than 3400 Falun Gong practitioners have died at the hands of CCP in the past 12 years.

I love fasting, but my religion tells me to remove all animal products and oil and alcohol as well as not eating between meals. It's difficult not to give into the impulse to snack or cook with oil, but it really is rewarding because I feel more mental and moral clarity [that's the closer to God part - for some reason it's so much easier for me to make the right decisions]. If you exercize a little bit while fasting, it really boosts your energy and prevents you from feeling sluggish.

after watching this video i'm starting to think that your relationship with God is soemthing that you maybe dont like to talk about. i get the impression that you did try to be as honest as you could with documenting your fast, tho.
