@frankiedetergent I don't know about that Did you forget about Wilhelm Wundt, William James, and Sigmund Freud? I looked this guy up and he seems pretty modern to me.
well, about my fears...I am afraid of beeing in my 80's and looking back to my life I have a lot of regrets about doing this or that...I am also afraid of getting sick of cancer for instance, after my father died, I am afraid that the life will pass and I won't do something significant...
This is exactly what my clinical pshycologist got me to do.. your using cbt
